What types of classes or certifications to your staff that serve alcoholic beverages have?
Are they TIPS certified? What classes have they taken to have them
recognize when to cut someone off?
In the recent tragedy of Johnny Gaudreau and his brother being killed by a drunk driver, what protocols are currently done at your establishment?

Not a friendly staff. Very un personable. They will look right past you if they know someone at the bar. Not going back.
