Tipping at self checkout, food was expensive yet not enough. Quality on my burger was okay, but the shake was bad, had a weird aftertaste and made my partner sick. Most likely won't return.

Wasn't open when one of the other people waiting outside went to knock on the door to see if they were open she yelled at her and told her that the sign was there honestly we all looked at nothing that sign was so tiny nobody knew but she didn't need to yell at her and on a prime day after Christmas you should be open you gave all your money to Chick-fil-A

Placed a pickup order thru GrubHub - There's about a $2 price increase for their menu items vs their website... so ~$13 for the Black Truffle burger alone (which also looks nothing like their promotional art)
Came in 30 minutes after placing and asked about order, no updates - Decided we wanted shakes so we ordered those at the kiosk separately
10 minutes later we get the shakes and I ask for an update again on my order that was now placed 40 minutes ago - finally get it off a bakers rack where it was probably ready long ago, cold food and overpriced food outside their website / kiosk

Every friday my son, husband and I go for burgers to this location. The staff members are all very friendly and welcoming. Patrick is always asking if he can get us anything else, also cleaning the tables right away, everyone is always smiling. The long beard guy is always making sure everyone is being served. Thank you Shake Shack wayne you guys make our meals more pleasant.
