Waited over 15 minutes to get. Handed me my two hot coffees with no sleeve. No markings as to what was in it or which one was which. I was supposed to get a hazelnut latte there was definitely no hazelnut and it tasted like warm milk with no espresso, my son got a strawberry Asahi no strawberries were put into his drink. We did 15 minutes to get half ass coffee.

I came in for a drink & a choco croissant but left with an extra choco cake pop because they gave me it as an apology for forgetting my drink, love the enthusiasm and kindness
Female employee was great. Took her time to make a sample hot beverage to make sure I would like the drink. Ordered the drink and was great. Nice store with lots of easy parking. I will return.
Nice vibes at this Starbucks branch. Very clean and seemed organized though after the Holiday rush everyone is out at stores haha. Good service overall.

A happy manager and happy people make better drinks. It’s so worth the drive from Pompton Lakes because Austin, the manager in Wayne, knows what customer service means and he is people oriented so the drinks are tastier. He made our drinks a few days in a row and my husband noticed the difference too!
