Worst than the Starbucks in the mall!!!! It’s super dirty… terrible staff! Well management anyway!!! I was in line at closing… 3 Macys’s employees in front of me… the manager on duty (7:04pm Sunday night 11/23/25) tells the 3 macys employees that they are the last customers and I LITERALLY was standing in line as long as they were and I was the only non macys employee. These stores prove that they simply do not care about the public they serve!!! I hope this filthy, mismanaged Starbucks gets closed or at least learn to develop there managers and employees to reasonable manage the day to day operations and closing processes! And clean up this filthy store… it’s no way it’s this small and this dirty!!!🤦🏾♂️ partake at your own risk

Maria is hands down the best barista at the Macy’s Starbucks. She deserves a raise for the way she brings so much energy and positivity every single shift. No matter how busy it gets, she keeps the environment upbeat and welcoming, which makes the whole store feel better the moment you walk in.
Her customer service is always spot-on—friendly, efficient, and genuine. You can tell she really cares about the experience people have, and that kind of energy is contagious. Maria doesn’t just make great drinks; she sets the tone for the entire Starbucks environment. She’s definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back, and she truly deserves to be recognized for the amazing work she does.

They gave us the wrong drink we went to them and asked them and a staff just said “ok…? “ and then she just gave us extract vanilla in a cup and literally put it down aggressively and the vanilla extract splash on the counter a little.we ordered two drinks one of the drinks was really good and the other one they gave us the wrong one.It’s just the customer service they need to improve a lot…it’s a little disappointing!

It’s inside Willowbrook Mall in the Macy’s Store. Sometimes there’s a long line so be mindful of that.

The manager maria is very rude to the employees correcting mistakes loudly in front of all the customers and was eager to leave to go home while there was a long line. Also being very rude to what I believe is a new employee definitely not coming back.
This Starbucks is Awsome and they make the best drinks
I’m standing here waiting for my drink and the cashier who’s a hispanic middle aged lady is rushing everyone even though there’s no line. She rushed my two drinks I was getting and when I started telling her the second drink she told me wait one at a time even though she’s asking me what else what else and won’t shut up. She asked me my name I spelled it out for her 5 letters she goes I’m just gonna write ‘ s’ . She’s now arguing with another customer about the wrong cake pop she gave him. She needs to get off the register and know how to talk to people . This is the Starbucks in Macys.
I was sitting down on the table while waiting for my family to order our drinks and an overweight Hispanic employee comes up to me and rudely tells me to get up out of my chair and to sit elsewhere because where I was sitting was a handicap spot. Mind you there was no one there but me and an an elderly women. The elderly women was sitting down minding her business and the employee went ahead and made it her duty to make sure the elderly women sits in the handicap location and demands I get up. The way she asked me was agressive hostile and extremely rude , if she had only was kind and had manners I would get up without question. Why should I get up from a handicap spot when the tables are empty and an elderly women was sitting in her chair before me without a problem. This was a prejudice act against me because I’m wearing the heard scarf ( hijab ). The employee just kept repeating this is for handicap without any explanation. This is extremely disappointing.
Little but a nice Starbucks to use with GOOD helpful staff.Thank you.
