Went to this location for the first time yesterday, and whole staff was so nice! Got a water and a cookie, and one of them doodled a smiley face on my cup. Very kind and welcoming staff, wish I lived closer so I could go often :(

There are two reasons I will NEVER shop this Starbucks again! One is cause the service is not good at all! They enjoy congregating and lollygagging with each other over quality service and two; I was told a few mins ago, “we are not a cafe so we don’t do refills”!? I am a ‘Starbucks everyday type of customer and I’ve been to literally ever Starbucks in Jersey. I use the Starbucks areas to do my work. Some in malls, some with cafes and I have LITERALLY never been told that “we don’t do refills” on regular black coffee! I won’t make it into anything, I just won’t ever give my money to a business that doesn’t care to have it!!! All I ever ask Starbucks for is quality service, consistency and a quality product! This location fails on all! I encourage everyone who experienced what I experienced to speak up! Maybe it’ll encourage a positive change! ✌🏾 #shopAtYourOwnRisk

I hope the manager sees this comment I was at Starbucks at Wayne mall and one of the employees is trying to resale me the drink that the previous customer had never pick up and the employee just said oh it’s the same thing so you can take it I said no make another one and he upset for that but come on why you want to resell me that drink ! I mean I took a picture and I have to post it

If I could I would give zero stars. I ordered 2 drinks turned out she only rang me for one. Usually other Starbucks would allow me to skip the line because it wasn’t my bad, it was her bad! They said I would have to go back on line. Rude staff with no empathy.

I asked for a small glass of water for my little kid and the lady was rude and said I had to buy it? When I asked her something else she just walked away. And the store was empty. So she wasn’t busy. Just plain rude. Wow. Even water now is a money business for Starbucks. Terrible. Shame on you Starbucks as a business to do that and make everything a money making business. No customer service.

I could understand if I went there during their peak hours. I was there around 10:00 and service was slow and one of the item was missed. They made good on the missed item, but that was another wait time

Terrible service, and the barista didn’t even shake my refreshers at all. When i asked him to remake it he just poured the contents into the shaker and shook it twice rather than 10 times. I am not satisfied. He was also not in the correct clothing , hoodie on with no apron or nametag. Won’t be returning smh.

I just wanna say the 3 girls working there Sunday night 11/24/24 are very nice and I see that they work so hard, I got there right before they closed and saw how busy it got. They did what they had to, to push out everyone’s drinks and it was so smooth. Very hardworking people ! Great service.
