I visited Starbucks and, to my surprise, experienced what people call the “Gen Z stare.” I was patiently waiting in the order line—there were three employees right there—but not one person greeted me, acknowledged me, or even said “please wait.” They just kept making drinks as if I didn’t exist. I stood there for 5 full minutes. Finally, I spoke up: “I’ve been waiting here for 5 minutes—should I just keep waiting?” Even then, they carried on with their tasks, and after about a minute, one woman finally walked over. She just looked at me—without a word of apology or welcome. I was shocked. It was the first time I had ever experienced the Gen Z stare, and it left me really disappointed.

Poorly managed, and the nothing is kept clean. The guy in the drive thru purposely touched the top of my Frappuccino with his bare hands. I'm going to contact corporate about the hygiene and customer service at this location.

I’ve gone there twice on a Friday and found the drive-through service to be unprofessional. I’ve had to wait for Frappuccino only to receive it not blended well with ice chips. Reevaluating where I spend my funds at almost $7 for a bad grande I’ll pass.

The employees were taking orders very late and preparing them even later, despite not doing anything. They weren’t paying any attention to the customers and were wasting time. I don’t remember ever having a worse Starbucks experience in my life. You should consider replacing your staff.

Very few seats inside and I guess they really don’t want anyone sitting here based on the loud music. I’ve been to Def Leppard concerts quieter than this place.
