I waited 20 minutes at the drive-thru window to get two coffees. I waited until I got a drink that looked like it had been there for a long time. The window waiter is lazy and the service is not enthusiastic. I waited for 20 minutes and he acted like he didn't know and still looked like he had nothing to do. He didn't check if our coffee was ready. This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. How come Starbucks has such a clerk?

Just ordered a coffee and breakfast. When I walked in for pick up, the sandwich was ready, but the coffee was not, it was just regular coffee. I asked, and seemed he has no idea what I ordered. After got coffee, I realized it was so messy of the package of breakfast. Also it was kind of messy of tables inside the store.

No Indoor service, need go drive through.
I didn’t know that till see the note on the 2 doors. I was embarrassed to stand and wait with other cars at the drive through line after I had ordered online and parked the car in the busy parking lot.
The staff should have apologized to me for the inconvenience but he didn’t and asked me not stand here. (You should not accept online order if you can’t serve at the first place?! And the handwriting note is in wrong instruction?!)
The latte was passed to me the next second when he realized what he was supposed to do but he said something didn’t help at all, if I don’t get my order I can get refund the next day. (Seriously?! Was this said too late?)
So basically You are not welcome to go drive through if you don’t drive.
If you were saying this is for my safety, I got it but this has been bad customer service overall and management needs training obviously.

This was just a quick coffee stop. No food purchased. The facility itself was very clean and neat as are all Starbucks stores. And the coffee was fine but, IMHO, somewhat overpriced.

Staff is rude and didn't wear gloves while handling the stick that keeps my drink warm.

Chris is hands down one of the best baristas I’ve ever met—always polite and eager to take my order. I used to be all about the spinach feta wrap until he introduced me to the double smoked bacon cheddar egg sandwich. Game changer—now it’s my go-to breakfast. Alyssa, the manager, is fantastic as well. I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years, but I’ve never seen a store run as smoothly as this one. Huge thanks to the team for always keeping me fueled and ready to go. @calisthenicsjdg ??♾️

I love Starbucks but this location needs to hire friendly people. The drive through employees are usually rude and unprofessiona.

Number one their service is terrible terrible. I went inside to tell them that I was eating and there was a mouse on my foot. There are infested with rats in mice. They do not care. They are very disrespectful and rude. This is not sanitary. No one do not go they are infested with mice.

Never again at this location. Terrible customer service. Ordered a hot coffee. Got to the window. Waited 15 mins. Was never acknowledged or tended to. Yet there were 3 people working, none of which were making anything or doing anything since it was dead inside. So I left. Unacceptable.
For the price of this coffee I’m better off making it at home
