I ordered two coffees and one instructed to pay the barista at the drive-through told me to click one of the tip options and when I put no tip, she made a face and took my coffee out of you after making it and then brought it back. Not to mention Everyone at this location is pretending to be the other sex Dion disgusted by their attitude and entitlement.

Not the best branch for Starbucks, but also not the worst. There are few branches for starbucks in Wayne, and this is not the best in terms of friendliness of the servers. The tables are not cleaned frequently enough, and probably not the best id you are looking to being your laptop to work remotely or to study. The music is too loud as well.
Overall, this place is overpriced.

Ordered a refresher through drive thru. The refresher had just a little bit of ice, and I asked for a little bit more. The barista says 'Your gonna have to come to the other side'. So I declined and left. I have never had an issue with other Starbucks stores to add a little bit more ice to my drinks and they have politely done so. Even if they charged me still it would of been fine. I have come other times here and I haven't had a bad experience. But this one just baffles me. There is a reason why I went to the drive thru and not walk in. It was only 1 drink and could of added only 5 more ice cubes. I would of tipped him,cause I always tip in restaurants and stores cause I'm a barista myself, but apparently they didn't want to.

Starbucks makes great products however, I always only go to the drive through and pay with a credit card. Most people know enough to take my card, swipe it, and return it. Lately there have been a few young people from time to time that go out of their way to stick their credit card machine outside asking you to select an option (to tip) and manage the card process myself. I find this highly aggravating. Not only do I have to now stretch myself to try and process my card out the window but the entitled behavior of tip culture is out of hand. I am at the drive through. You did not provide me with a service. I did not dine in your facility that may require cleaning a table. You're also talking on a headset to the next client while shoving this expectation in my face. I am a very good tipper always tipping above average. When it's warranted. This behavior is such a turn off. Find a job where tips are warranted if you wish to be tipped. Management should not allow this behavior. There is a little jar outside if someone feel compelled to lave a cash tip.
Seems like this place could be very busy or it should be very busy especially where it is located make sure you bring your own toilet paper when you need to go to the bathroom in there mainly because the toilet paper by 3:00 p.m. is nothing in there or no toilet seat covers

Everyone at this Starbucks is nice but this red head curly hair girl.. very nasty all the time Today she rolled her eyes at me and gave me an attitude because I asked for my food to be warmed and my drink was wrong.. it never fails, I hate when she is the one in the drive through because she always has an attitude.
