Just 1 person working for busy drive-thru and inside. Very slow service. Wanted a brownie which they didn’t have available, which cafe doesn’t have a brownie that too in a day? And also wanted order salted caramel mocha which wasn’t available too. I asked them to make one of the cold drinks in decaf because i am pregnant, they said it wont be possible. Not coming back in this location!

It’s 6:30am. Site says open at 6 am. But no one is taking orders, this is my dilemma, Starbucks, can you hire me so I can show you customer service with punctuality?

There was a deal for free cold foam and I asked to confirm this. Yet they still charged me for cold foam. On top of that there was barely any coffee in the actual drink. I paid $9 for a couple sips

This location never has anything in stock this occurs for days at time, I’m talking about 4 days or more. Poorly managed location.

Went to this location recently and was very pleased with the service! The workers were bright and said good morning to me as I placed my order. The young employee named Aubrey made my drink and it was absolutely perfect, the croissant I got as well was warmed up evenly.
The store and the bathroom were very clean, which is always nice to see. Glad I stopped by and got something before work.

I came to this location since it was on my way home from a mountain trip and I left very frustrated.

I went through the drive thru and I ordered a hot chai tea latte with an extra pump of chai. When we got our drinks at first I thought I had someone else’s since it had brown sugar pumps and oat milk (neither of which I ordered) and it was iced. I repeated my order again and when she came back with my order this time it was a hot drink but again with brown sugar syrup instead of chai and oat milk instead of regular milk.

I was appalled when I ordered my iced coffee this morning through the drive thru. I took a sip of my coffee and it was not what I ordered. When I went inside, I explained to them that my order was wrong. The young girl that was working there did not acknowledge when I went to the register. I asked her if she could fix my drink. She refused and instead gave me attitude. She proceeded to put the syrup in a separate cup instead of remaking my drink. I will never visit this Starbucks location again, and very much disappointed with their overall service.
