I came to this location since it was on my way home from a mountain trip and I left very frustrated.
I went through the drive thru and I ordered a hot chai tea latte with an extra pump of chai. When we got our drinks at first I thought I had someone else’s since it had brown sugar pumps and oat milk (neither of which I ordered) and it was iced. I repeated my order again and when she came back with my order this time it was a hot drink but again with brown sugar syrup instead of chai and oat milk instead of regular milk.

I was appalled when I ordered my iced coffee this morning through the drive thru. I took a sip of my coffee and it was not what I ordered. When I went inside, I explained to them that my order was wrong. The young girl that was working there did not acknowledge when I went to the register. I asked her if she could fix my drink. She refused and instead gave me attitude. She proceeded to put the syrup in a separate cup instead of remaking my drink. I will never visit this Starbucks location again, and very much disappointed with their overall service.

Horrible horrible horrible keep on driving i stopped by to get a small crème brûlée coffe that I always get some girl named jail or Kaley told me “ no I can’t do that it was out of season “ I proceeded to tell her it was regular ingredients and I get it all the time for the past almost 2 years at various locations she then said well we aren’t making out of season drinks she then told me do you want a pistachio drink I said no I would very much like the drink I always get she said yea no we aren’t making out of season drinks in a extremely rude manner I asked her name she told me and said have a great day as I drove off Starbucks do better you have ppl coming in and asking for drinks that aren’t on the menu specialty drinks and your employee was rude over a drink that you guys actually make !

Disgusted by this place. The only Starbucks I won't go to! They have the audacity to charge for whip cream on the side. Not like the drink doesn't cost 7 already! Shameful and horrible place!! This is the only Starbucks that does this! Plus their ice is different and they have watered down drinks now ewww!!
