I keep going to this place only because it as has a driver thru. But the service is not good, seems to take a long time, they’re not super friendly and today my food wasn’t cooked all the way through. Should be supporting local businesses so won’t be coming anymore.

I come to Starbucks every day and usually the service is great, with good coffee and croissants. Today I was served by Cole. I don’t know, maybe you had a bad day – everyone has them – but people should leave their bad mood at home when they go to work.

He was very unpleasant and rude. When I asked for a straw, he said “yes, sure,” then slammed the window and walked away. I waited in my car for about three minutes while he stood a little further away and could clearly see I was waiting. He never came back. Eventually a very nice girl came and finished helping us.

quite literally the WORST starbucks i’ve ever been to. i already don’t have the biggest liking towards the franchise, but the fact that every time i have walked into this store they haven’t been able to simply do their jobs CORRECTLY.. baffles me. literally TERRIBLE.

We went at 3:30 in the morning for the bear cup drop, but by the time the store opened at 4:30, they were already bought by employees. When you’re first at the store and first on line, this is absolutely ridiculous. Also to be told that there were no more like they hadn’t just sold them to the employees . We saw it. Wow! False advertising in my opinion.
To say the employees say they don’t have anymore bear cups while watching them buy it in front of you is bad customer service.

Subject: Unacceptable Service Experience

I recently visited this location with my niece, and we had an extremely disappointing experience. We stood at the counter for over 10 minutes — and we were the only customers there — yet not a single employee acknowledged us or offered to help.

One staff member was organizing cookies while others stood around talking instead of serving us. When two new customers walked in, they were helped right away while we were still waiting.

This experience felt disrespectful and discriminatory. No customer should be ignored or treated as less important. Management needs to take this seriously and hold the staff accountable — it’s unacceptable for employees to ignore customers and fail to do their jobs.

I hope proper action is taken so that future customers don’t experience the same lack of professionalism and courtesy.

I went here this morning and ordered three drinks at the DT, when I got to the window I realized I forgot to order a muffin. I asked the guy at the window if he could add a muffin to which he immediately responded to me no we cant do that, its policy. Mind you I hadn't paid yet nor were my drinks ready. I told him its just a muffin you can't grab it real quick and again he told me the same thing, then I asked to speak to his manager and she again told me the same thing, I admit I was frustrated because now we are going on two minutes where my drinks still weren't ready, I had not paid, and we are still talking about a muffin that they could have grabbed me in 20 seconds. The manager tells me she didnt appreciate MY attitude 🤷‍♀️ and finally got my miracle muffin for me. I did tell her not to speak to me about my attitude. Its so unprofessional to speak to a customer that way. If you are in customer service then just do the right thing I was not asking for a breakfast sandwich or another drink which might have took some time. I was asking for a ready made item and with a little human decency this did not even have to be an issue. Not my first time having an issue here. Do better wayne drive through team. No one wants to deal with that on a Sunday morning!

Red Hawk Tech

Slow drive thru service. Average 10 minutes every day for a hot coffee and breakfast sandwich. Other than that, the staff are awesome and so is everything else. The only ding is the speed of the drive thru.

RAIDA NAZ

Just 1 person working for busy drive-thru and inside. Very slow service. Wanted a brownie which they didn’t have available, which cafe doesn’t have a brownie that too in a day? And also wanted order salted caramel mocha which wasn’t available too. I asked them to make one of the cold drinks in decaf because i am pregnant, they said it wont be possible. Not coming back in this location!
