Disgusted by this place. The only Starbucks I won't go to! They have the audacity to charge for whip cream on the side. Not like the drink doesn't cost 7 already! Shameful and horrible place!! This is the only Starbucks that does this! Plus their ice is different and they have watered down drinks now ewww!!

Horrible horrible horrible keep on driving i stopped by to get a small crème brûlée coffe that I always get some girl named jail or Kaley told me “ no I can’t do that it was out of season “ I proceeded to tell her it was regular ingredients and I get it all the time for the past almost 2 years at various locations she then said well we aren’t making out of season drinks she then told me do you want a pistachio drink I said no I would very much like the drink I always get she said yea no we aren’t making out of season drinks in a extremely rude manner I asked her name she told me and said have a great day as I drove off Starbucks do better you have ppl coming in and asking for drinks that aren’t on the menu specialty drinks and your employee was rude over a drink that you guys actually make !

I don’t like to leave a bad review for a chain place, but this is unacceptable. This is the second time I ordered a hot breakfast sandwich from this location and it was cold in the middle. It’s just disgusting. All the employees are very nice but it’s unacceptable to not properly heat up an item.

The bathroom has an air freshener in it, and it sprayed me! It is positioned in a horrible spot so that it could have sprayed right into my son's face. Luckily, it didn't, but now my coat smells horrible and it triggered my asthma. The staff should clean the bathrooms more frequently instead of installing these things.

This Starbucks is extremely CLEAN . I have never been to a cleaner coffee shop ever. Garbages empty, papers all in the garbage, clean rags on the shelf’s, coffee ring free counters, and best of all, super fresh food in the food case. It was delightful. I will attach photos. I’ll definitely return and will be contacting corporate on what a good job their doing. These people definitely take some pride in their job.

This Starbucks is utterly FILTHY. I have never been to a dirtier coffee shop ever. Garbages overflowing, papers all over the floor, dirty rags on the floor, old coffee rings all over the counter, and worst of all, flies in the food case. It was repulsive. I attached photos. I’ll never return and will be contacting corporate. People need to take some pride in their job.

This place should be closed down by the Board of Health. Absolutely filthy. Flies in the food case, overflowing garbages everywhere, filthy counters and dirty rags all over the floor. I've never seen anything like this in my life. Get it together! I'll be calling corporate.
