I decided to order some Taco Bell as I haven’t eaten here in years. They forgot my large fries and two sauces i ordered with the chicken combo. I’m disappointed because I was looking forward to trying the fries and the sauces. Other than that, the food tastes good and if i want taco bell from here next time, I’ll be sure to make sure everything comes with my order. I spent $11 just for some nuggets, which were pretty disappointing, and a large soda and a total of about $70. I expect better service considering i ordered a lot of food and for that order.

I was highly disappointed in my recent visit to this Taco Bell’s location on 6/1/25. I usually go to the saddle brook location and have no issues but I was doing some shopping at the mall and wanted something quick. I ordered my usual a #10, at 2:49PM and I assume they gave my order to someone else because the two associates talked amongst themselves in Spanish confused as to where it went. The woman cashier then switched with the male cook in the back and hopped in to make my order but they proceeded to give everyone else’s order after me. I finally received my order at 3:10pm 21 minutes after the fact! No hot sauce and barely sorry she said under her breath. I will not be returning to this location!!!

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service my friend and I received during our visit to your on 11/30/24. We placed an online order approximately 20 minutes in advance with the expectation that it would be ready for pickup when we arrived. However, upon checking in with the cashier, we were told that they could not locate our order, despite showing proof of payment and an order confirmation.
Despite this issue, we were ignored for an extended period of time. We waited for over 30 minutes, while customers who had placed orders after ours were served first. I was forced to wait until I was almost late for work due to this delay.
When the manager finally arrived, she did not acknowledge our concerns nor offer a solution. Instead, she spoke to the cashier in Spanish. When I responded in Spanish, she stated that we had not paid for our order, even though we had clear confirmation of payment. The manager then ignored me entirely, and we had to wait an additional 15 minutes for our food, which was cold by the time it was served.
Furthermore, the sodas we received were watered down. At no point were we offered an apology or any form of compensation for the inconvenience and poor service.
This experience was extremely frustrating, and it has left a negative impression of Taco Bell’s commitment to customer service. I trust that this matter will be taken seriously, and I look forward to hearing how this issue will be addressed.

taco bell is a great place to come for a quick bite or drink. also, their drinks are always fresh and never flat unlike some other food court places. as a loyal taco beller, i was even surprised with free churros which is actually one of my regular items!!
