I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service my friend and I received during our visit to your on 11/30/24. We placed an online order approximately 20 minutes in advance with the expectation that it would be ready for pickup when we arrived. However, upon checking in with the cashier, we were told that they could not locate our order, despite showing proof of payment and an order confirmation.
Despite this issue, we were ignored for an extended period of time. We waited for over 30 minutes, while customers who had placed orders after ours were served first. I was forced to wait until I was almost late for work due to this delay.
When the manager finally arrived, she did not acknowledge our concerns nor offer a solution. Instead, she spoke to the cashier in Spanish. When I responded in Spanish, she stated that we had not paid for our order, even though we had clear confirmation of payment. The manager then ignored me entirely, and we had to wait an additional 15 minutes for our food, which was cold by the time it was served.
Furthermore, the sodas we received were watered down. At no point were we offered an apology or any form of compensation for the inconvenience and poor service.
This experience was extremely frustrating, and it has left a negative impression of Taco Bell’s commitment to customer service. I trust that this matter will be taken seriously, and I look forward to hearing how this issue will be addressed.

taco bell is a great place to come for a quick bite or drink. also, their drinks are always fresh and never flat unlike some other food court places. as a loyal taco beller, i was even surprised with free churros which is actually one of my regular items!!

When someone says they want no cheese on two bean burritos for allergy reasons, you’d expect to get two bean burritos with no cheese. However Taco Bell loves hiring lobotomy victims who can’t read an order properly

I went to order something and the man was so disrespectful with comments and inappropriate looks. He was only giving an attitude when you ask questions. I asked questions because I wanted to try the food and never had Taco Bell before. He stormed away and made an older lady give me my change back. After I got my food I didn’t even want the food. So disappointed. Also they give drinks without ice. I will not be coming back. Hire someone else who can act appropriately and has better customer service.

12/20/2023@7:30PM: My family and friends wanted Taco Bell, so my order was to be a large order. As I approach the counter there were 2 workers standing in the doorway to the kitchen area and I waited for them to look up from their cell phone. I continued waiting and eventually said "hello" and still neither ever looked up from the phone. I left and went to Wendy's. Poor customer service and immature staff
