We had many issues before , when you have to wait for a long time after placing the order , and I always gave them another chance but today was outrageous, I placed in order around 6:45 , the owner told me it will be ready in 45 minutes, my husband went o pick it up and was waiting for almost an hour and was not done , he left , the owner called me back saying that it was a very busy night , she only had two people to work , and she wil deliver my order to my house, obviously at this point I was not hungry anymore it was almost 8:30 , please be careful if you order your food , she is completely unreliable

Our favorite restaurant in town! Exceptional food, oysters are the best and the combination of flavors of their sushi dishes is unique (sushi with fruits). Annie is great, she will always make you feel comfortable and if you don’t know what to order because it all sounds so good, just let her know to surprise you! You sure will!

So I ordered sushi online from this place, expecting to go in, pay for it, and walk out with my sushi. Nope. Apparently I had ordered it “wrong” and selected “hand roll” and not “roll”. When I explained to the waitress that the website only had the option for hand roll, she began to literally mansplain the difference between a hand roll and a roll. Even the sushi chefs were giving me weird looks. I then got my sushi and was shooed out the door with the waitress, going “bye, bye!” and waving me out.Sushi was okay. But the service made me uncomfortable and not wanting to go back.

I placed an online order and arrived 10 mins after it said it would be ready to give the restaurant more time to prepare the order. I was the only person at the register and 2 people were seated. The food was not ready. I waited patiently. Another customer comes through the door and instead of finishing with me first even though i was there first the woman took the couple behind me. I let it go. Another couple comes in right after and again instead of finishing with me she took the other couple (I only ordered 3 rolls).After she finished helping the second couple she then takes another 15 minutes to get my order ready. What is the point of a pickup order? Once I finally received my food and went back to work and tried the sushi I couldn’t even finish it. I ordered shrimp tempura roll and the shrimp was sooo chewy I felt sick. I tossed it all. Wasteof money and time. Never again will I be visiting this place.
