I did not receive my online order and am still being denied a refund. I placed an online pickup order for 9:00 pm after confirming the posted closing time was 10:00 pm on a Thursday. I arrived at 9:10 pm to find the restaurant already closed, with the lights off and no staff present.
Because the business closed early, I had no opportunity to pick up or cancel the order. Despite this, my account was still charged two days later. When I contacted the restaurant, I was told they could not help and that I needed to contact DoorDash. DoorDash customer support also denied the refund, likely because the restaurant marked the order as fulfilled.
I am requesting a refund for an order that was never received due to the restaurant closing before its stated hours. Charging a customer for an order that was never provided and then refusing to take responsibility is unacceptable. This is a straightforward issue that should be resolved appropriately.

I’ve loved this place since the start but a reoccurring problem is that they would have trouble getting my order right. It wouldn’t be anything major (like missing a sauce or leaving lettuce in a meal I asked them to remove) but recently we ordered an extra portion of fries in addition to the ones in my box and like all the other times they forgot to include it in my meal.

This platters spot offers fresh and tasty food. I tried the mixed platter, and while the lamb was just decent (it tasted like it might be from a box), the chicken was wonderfully juicy and moist. Don't miss the crispy wings, especially with the delicious mango habanero sauce! Their menu has plenty of other options. It's a small place, so it's probably best for takeout.

The food was okay a bit pricey for what you get. I got a mixed platter and paid for extra chicken and meat. I felt like they didn’t even put extra meat on my platter. They are so stingy when it comes to giving you a good amount of rice and meat. My platter was basically more salad than rice and normal meat and I got charged almost $19 I felt like I got ripped off. I’ll give this platter a 4 out of 10
Waste of money. My friend and I ordered a chicken platter sandwich along with a chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was marketed as a large sandwich with a large chicken piece of fried breast. I was given a small size sandwich which was no where near the marketed image.
Instead of getting a chicken gyro sandwich, we were given a beef sandwich which was loaded with 80% salad and 20% beef.
I would not recommend this establishment as they false market their food and give wrong orders.

I always come here for the wings. They’re decent sized wings with a variety of flavors; my favorites are the mango habanero, sweet chili, and honey garlic. They’re crispy and tender. It’s small inside, so might not be a good idea to bring too many people (at most 4). Nonetheless, it’s really clean with ample parking.
