Waitress mumbled the entire time, no longer serving French onion soup?, wouldn’t split the wing flavors (despite every other tgifridays allowing us to do so), and stated they are no longer allowing virgin drinks? Will never come back to this restaurant despite loving this chain. I have been to so many of these restaurants up and down the east coast and this is by far the worst one I have been to. Will not be coming back.

Wow what a change. Idk if it's from the new menu or just a complete 180. But Wow excellent service with a smile. And props to the bartender on 11/18/23 in the evening. Amazing. Def needs a raise/more hours. Great job @wayne store.

Bartenders like Mimi are one in a million! She always has great conversation, an amazing music playlist, and the best menu recommendations. Whatever she suggests off the menu becomes my regular choice. I always look forward to my visits because of her!

Omg there bathroom is disgusting and the whole damn restaurant floors were wet like they just mopped and it was ridiculously wet and the food isn't so tastefulFriday use to be good now they completely lost their touch . The service at the host station was horrible noone was there and customer was waiting 10 to 15 to be seated and it wasn't even busy . It's like the employees there didn't care one bit I would never ever go back

I was only guest there. Empty! Staff was in back and 15 mins I stood there like I was invisible. Bartender finally asked me what I needed LOL! Umm, a table maybe? Fast forward, a quick dinner took 1 3/4 hours. If it wasn't for the bartender (who was very kind) we never would have been waited on. Waitresses kept passing us blindly. I'm glad these people don't work at a bank. Food was mediocre, nuked and cold. TGI chain has really gone down hill.

The server was talking to her friends half the time never checked on us once . Our drinks were empty and she was on her phone. We ordered a platter which was good at least that’s why they get 2 stars.

Place was filthy, floors were sticky and food was horrible. Salty, soggy and falling apart. The sad part was is seeing only 1 employee doing all the jobs.
The service here is absolutely horrendous. The bar area is disgusting. The bar tender disappeared for over 15 minutes where we had to ask another worker can they please get him. Every drink we tried to order they did not have ingredients for. Very disappointed.

I gave this place 2 stars because i went to go pick up food at this location uber eats driver, 3 waiters looked at me and completely ignored me, the bartender i walked up to him he helped let me know food was being wrapped i thank you young gentleman, and a young lady by the name of Alexis was the only waitress that saw and had the heart to help me and get me food after 10 minutes of waiting, the young kid with the brownish braids i must say my friend you need a little bit more training I'm customer services and i promise you will be great! But looking at me 6 times making eye contact is why i gave 2-3 stars ….. the real mvp alexis definitely need more like her

Started off as the front desk host was are waiter the seating area the floors were covered with water everywhere there was water we only seen one waitress. The food took a while and the portions looked like they were kid’s meals salad had no dressing and asking for more you had a better chance going to a local food store and back with dressing. Definitely not going back.

My family ? and I ? had dinner after finished shopping. It's was certainly a great ? place to dine. Members of staff were courteous, pleasant and respectful. The meals ? were well prepared and served in a very cool atmosphere! We will again visit this Market place, once we ? are in this ? Shopping Center or wherever one can be found.✋️
Kid-friendliness: Kid food was good ? children enjoyed their meals.
Parking: There was no problem ? to find parking.

I like going to TGI Fridays restaurants but I had a horrible experience with this one in Wayne NJ. The customer service is not good. The staff was unfriendly and non attentive. The table that she gave us was not clean. The drinks are really not closer to what we expected and food was literally stale.I would not recommend this restaurant.
