They all Have Been Super and I Want to say That The Cheesecake Factory is and will be My Favorite Place to go for The Atmosphere and for The Most Delicious Food BECAUSE The Cheesecake Factory only uses The Best and if You Want to Have Some of The Most Delicious Cheesecakes Then all You need to DO is go to The Cheesecake Factory & I will Absolutely Bet on it that The Cheesecake Factory will Definitely be on Your List of The Best & I Really Do Agree with You on that . While I used to love stopping here after shopping for a cocktail and food... The service was awful. Our waitress was super nice but didn't pay attention. Our drinks took forever... Mind you we order sodas, beers and wine. She gave us bread and butter but we had no silverware. Food took forever and it was just ok. Our Calamari seemed bitter like the oil was old... My kids chicken had too much black pepper... She said it was spicy. The bathrooms...... Ugh why are they always so dirty and out of soap or toilet tissue. I think we have out grown this place.

I went to this establishment yesterday with a couple of my friends. The process of being seated was fairly smooth, I always try to be aware of if a place is busy or not so It was no problem having to wait for us to get our table. However as soon as we sat down we were not greeted by our server for a straight 15 minutes. After we were finally greeted, he proceeded to take our drink orders which took an additional 20 minutes to actually come out, and I don’t even mean the cocktails, these are just the fountain drinks at this point. I am never a stickler for how water is served but I can’t possibly make a cup that’s 3/4 ice last a whole meal, while also continuously asking our server to bring us straws to which he either ignored or forgot. Now at this point we had been seated for at least 50 minutes to an hour before our main entrees arrived. While my friends sandwiches finally arrived, I was served the Pizza style chicken Parmesan, over angel hair pasta. I don’t know if it was just sitting on the table for too long, or if it truly is just served that way, but the food was in-eatable. My pasta was served dry and the chicken was STRAIGHT freezer burned cardboard. I swear to got I can not make this up. I do not know how it’s even possible to prepare a dish as bad as this one was. I reluctantly sat there picking at my meal, too afraid to say something. Not that I would have even been able to get ahold of my waiter since he was either too busy or unaware. I NEVER am one to leave reviews like this, because I’ve hardly ever been met with service AND FOOD as bad as this was. I need this issue to be escalated somehow, because I am unhappy and not at ALL satisfied. This is not how customer should be treated, and hope someone will take the time to acknowledge this experience I had to endure.

This was the worst experience I ever had at the Willowbrook location! I ordered the bang bang chicken and shrimp. Plate was dirty, presentation looked like it was thrown together by a 5yr old. Food was cold. It felt like I was served someone leftovers. My son’s fries came out 20 minutes after his burger. I did not complain because we were there to celebrate his birthday and I didn’t want to embarrass him. My mojito tasted like purely sweet JUICE! I ended up ordering an additional shot of rum to give it some sense of a grown up drink. So disappointing for my favorite place to eat.

I ordered my food to go it wasn’t any parking and I explained that to the worker after calling 4 times he basically said because people are in the mall , which isn’t fair , then told me to park in the front the curbside lady comes out with a attitude and is upset after I said hey your coworker told me to come to the front she hands me the bag and makes a rude sound the food is good just eat in or do Uber eats not to go smh

Walked after a little Christmas shopping for a slice of cheesecake to bring home. They have monitors with most of foods they serve. I shouldn’t have looked at them. Sat down and had the avocado egg rolls with sweet sauce amazing. I had the chicken Parma pizza. Unbelievable chicken breast as the crust. Amazing. Service was fast and they were professional and place very clean. Only bad thing was very dark in there. Had to use phone light to see menu. But definitely will go again….they also had a special $50 gift card and get back $15 back to use after jan 1. That’s a free slice of cheesecake for me.

Came for my aunts birthday. Huge portions but everything was so good. Our server really made our experience. Isaiah made a great suggestion for the farfalle dish and I loved it! He was the best, patient, kind, and very friendly. I will be asking to sit in his section next time
