The service here is atrocious. Came on time for an 8:30pm reservation and was met with extreme disdain by the hostess. Constantly being reminded how little time we’ve waited as if to dismiss any inconveniences we’ve experienced. Set a horrible tone for the forthcoming meal. Disappointed to say the least.

My husband and I have been here at least 20 times over the years. It's not your typical chain restaurant. The food is cooked fresh. So many menu options.. no matter what cuisine you're in the mood for, they most likely have it. The portions are large, and let's be honest.. the cheesecake alone is worth the visit. So many options, all dangerous, all delicious. Always hits the spot.

Better nice place, comfy, relaxing atmosphere. Met with my nephew and his girlfriend for lunch. Before they left for Roswell New Mexico. It was a good place to have a good conversation with my young nephew who is trying to find the right path to their young lives😁.

It was my birthday, I didn't feel welcome at all, and it was my first time eating at their restaurant. The women at the front desk saw me and she just walked away. After about 5 minutes she came back but a server came to help. I got a female server she was wonderful, she was very helpful. I wouldn't dine in again. The next time I visit, I will just buy my slice of mango cheesecake and leave.

this is essentially an overpriced diner with average or below average food. this particular factory had slow service on our recent visit, and it added up to an experience we'd rather not repeat.

I went to cheesecake factory yesterday in Wayne to catch up with a friend I have not seen in years. I’ve always had the fish and chips which I love and I boasted about it so much she ordered it too. Well, can I tell you how disappointed I was? It was horrible. You used to get 2 to 3 big pieces of fish. This was delivered. it looked like fish sticks. They were curled super thin. Taste the fish it’s just the breading Needless to say, I was very disappointed Made the afternoon great was your server who was wonderful and catching up with my friend, but I do not recommend the fish and chips.

A group of 3 we came in for dinner, our server was friendly great service. The FOOD horrible it was are appetizers cold, 2 orders burger & fries at best slightly warm, the pasta some parts warm other parts cold. Will NOT be returning here.
Update: Well management responded and we were there again today. Cheesecake was amazing, having it to go because our meal was great for the price, filling us up and looking forward to our next visit. Congrats on the 4th star in giving you. That lighting though.....🌆
Last review..... Well it's called the Cheesecake Factory so the Cheesecake is Amazing!! As for the rest it's a bit pricey so I'd watch adding an appetizer on to the bill. It's so dark I have issues reading the menu too! Dropping a star because no-one at the restaurant has responded to my review. Noticed that only 5 star reviews seem to get a response. Seems like bad management that doesn't respond to improvements....
