Dont go during shift change. You will be there a while. 345pm. Food was tolerable. I actually became sick after eating Sheila's salad. See pic of actual menu not my salad. Tacos were ok as well as sliders. Very little meat. service was great. Waiters were nice and friendly.

ALEKSANDRA P was our bartender/server! My husband and I went out for a date night and this was the best service I have ever received at the Cheesecake Factory! She was so kind, patient, and was very attentive to all our needs. The drinks were great the food came out at the right times! She was absolutely fantastic! Keep up the great work and never change!

Went there this evening with the family. We ordered fish taco and unfortunately there were two long strands of hair in the food. It wasn’t a really good overall experience. I wouldn’t recommend going to this location.

Atrocious. What should have been an hour meal at most, turned into a 2 hour+ nightmare. Food was cold and tasteless. Server was inattentive and was more concerned with flirting with guests at another table. Everything we asked for had to be asked for twice. I reached out via their website and received a response from an undertrained manager by the name of James Johnston who called me and said “you had a similar complaint a few months back.”Gee. Let’s examine that. What if I did have a similar incident before? Maybe thats the reason why it took me so long to come back and give this place another chance. It looks like nothing has changed since I last visited. Looks like a huge reflection on the part of the management and lack of it. Maybe James and his other managers should check on guests and do table visits to ensure guest satisfaction instead of congregating at the hostess stand. I also contacted the district manager via email and have not heard a peep. Utmost professionalism all around at the Willowbrook Cheesecake Factory.

Got there early waiting an hour and a half to be seated as apparently it's mostly a reservation restaurant then waited another 40 minutes for our apps and another 45 minutes for our main course lots of staring around waiting for food if they're understaffed get some of the waiting staff that are not doing anything in the kitchen

Ordered the steak diana / chicken madeiros combo. The portion seems small for what I have been used to get at a Cheesecake Factory. The mashed potatoes were not completely mashed either as I had a decent sized top of a red potato in there. Food tasted good, as usual. Server was attentive. I didn't like that, per the bar, if you want lemonade without ice, they bring it to you in a smaller glass, but server did inform me in advance.
