I would recommend Mozzarella God to anyone looking for a delicious sandwich. The fried mozzarella is perfection and the chicken cutlet is incredibly seasoned. I’ve pretty much tried all their sandwiches and have always been impressed. I also want to add that the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Menu
The Mozzarella God is an elite and truly amazing restaurant, often found at events like a food truck festival in Bloomfield or Edgemont Park. The menu is mouthwatering and packed with creative takes on classic favorites. The sandwiches are a perfect size, generously packed with meat, not greasy at all, and absolutely delicious. Specific sandwiches include "The Furio," where the different flavors come together perfectly with the perfect amount of spicy. The "Uncle Paulie Sandwich" features a fresh chicken cutlet and fried mozzarella on toasted cheesy garlic bread topped with fresh basil, pecorino cheese, and a side of vodka sauce. "The Big Poppa" is a fresh mozzarella melted sandwich with tomatoes, house made seasoned arugula, prosciutto, and a chicken cutlet on toasted cheesy garlic bread. Another option is the "Tony Soprano," which is deep-fried mozzarella topped with vodka sauce, freshly grated pecorino, and chopped basil, offering an unreal cheese pull and perfectly seasoned, crisped breading. The fried mozzarella is perfection, the chicken cutlet is incredibly seasoned, and the vodka sauce is creamy, balanced, and wildly addictive. The service is fast, friendly, super nice, helpful, and welcoming. They accept cash, card, and Apple Pay. It is a full-blown experience and a must-try.
