I wish I could rate the service at the Wayne Hills Diner over 5 stars. Our waiter, Safe, was incredibly helpful and caring, attending to all our needs. Pretty much the whole menu could be made gluten free so the options were ENDLESS. This is not your ordinary diner, and we will definitely be coming back!!! :)

Ask for felice what a wonderful lady , she is such a sweetheart. We were doubtful about the gluten free products, and she took time to tell us that the owners themselves have celiac and they know how difficult and delicate the situation is when customers are the same are looking for safe, delicious food. Gluten, free onion rings are amazing. And the way they handled gluten free versus non gluten free at the same table was impressive. I was saying I also want gluten free on your rings.Please ask me if i'm silak.I said, no I can have anything she said.Well, then i'm bringing you or a rigor on your rings.Because the gluten free ones are huge basket.Just trust me, I know what i'm doing.I'm here to look out for you both and make sure you have a good time while enjoying a good place with great food, They're coleslaw is amazing. . Place is huge as busy as it is.The food came out hot and quite fast impressive. Does seafood when rice was absolutely tasty?The onion rings are to die for. I had a tuna on rye.Now if you think tuna is easy to make yes, but No if its just out of a can with mayo it, it sucks. This place puts love and flavor into it.It was absolutely delicious. In fact Im take an eight tuna and a coleslaw to go so i know I haven't excellent prepped lunch for tomorrow that's healthy. Ohh, and by the way, if you plan on coming here, be hungry, they give you a lot of food. There is absolutely nothing to say bad about this place.Whatsoever. plenty of sitting friendly staff.You're not sitting and waiting for somebody to wait on you and they're on their game. Some of these dishes I see coming out of the kitchen at dinner time is crazy Amazingly looking. Can't wait to try them out for breakfast.. Lastly, they have a huge variety of all kinds of foods to choose from, if you stop here, you will definitely find something.And you won't be disappointed whether I can assure you of that.And that's based on just the stuff.I'm seeing come out of the kitchen and hearing other people at the tables talking.Wow this is good. That's what you're looking for as a customer.Great service, reasonable pricing, hot food and somebody who waits on you the way it was years ago.And that's because they have a great full staff. It is a well oiled machine/operation. We went on a busy Sunday afternoon. Our server, Seif, was awesome. He was able to read cues by what our menu was open to (gluten free), took our order without writing anything down, was attentive, personable, and thoughtful. Other staffed checked in, but he was the star of the show. We did order from the gluten free menu, roast turkey, potatoes, and vegetables was one dish and the only complaint was the gravy was a tad underseasoned. The second meal ordered was the veal marsala and there is no complaints. Will we make the hour and a half trip to and from again? Yes, hopefully Seif will be there.

I had eaten shepherd's pie in a restaurant in India of all places 15 years ago for the first time and found it delicious. Since then I have tried shepherd's pie in many places. Here also I tried it, the portion was huge, the potato top was golden perfection but the vegetable/meat mixture was dry,with meat and veggies running around. I wish they had some spicy /tangy side dish or a sauce to add more flavor to those who want some. Service was excellent. Menu options huge.
