New York Strip was the best I ever had. Nice casual, cozy vibe. Good apps. Good Service. Love the potato chips and sautéed spinach. Got a gift card to give as a Christmas gift. Merry Christmas

Came here on a Saturday night, had the salad, lobster bisque, rib eye (medium), onion rings, mashed potatoes, and crab cake. The salad was really good, sweet and light yet flavorful. Lobster bisque was good but a little salty for me. For the rib eye we ordered medium, but it came out rare so we had to send it back to cook some more. It was much better the second time. Lobster tail had a really strong smell like Ammonia, I couldn't get over the smell so I sent it back. Onion rings were good, it didn't have too much batter which we liked. Mashed potatoes were alright, I don't think they added anything much into it just potatoes and water. Crab cake had a lot of crab meat in it but was a little bit too salty. The crab cake and the second order of onion rings were complimentary to make up for the lobster tail, which was very nice of our waiter.

Unfortunately we didn't stay long enough to try the food. I've been to many steak houses, more good than bad. When walking in to this particular steakhouse we waited a bit (the place was not busy saw many empty tables) but finally had a woman came-out to seat us, while there were two young waiters passing by us as if we weren't there. We were seated and honestly my first impression was that the furniture was worn to my surprise for a "high end steakhouse". For the price I had expected better. We were offered water ordered Pellegrino (that came quickly) then we waited and waited and waited while the young waiters tended to the tables with more than 4 people. From my years of experience dining in many places both here and outside of the US, what starts wrong will continue to be so. I did not want to spend my money when I could go to a more reputable steakhouse where you are tended quickly and professionally. Word of advice, please instruct your young waiters to tend to each guest equally because patrons are watching. When we saw the young waiter pass by again, without an acknowledgment, we left and paid for the Pellegrino we ordered. Looking at other reviews, looks like this wasn't the first time this has occurred. Too bad was looking forward to an excellent steak.

Steak was very good but all 4 lobster tails smelled like strong ammonia. Everyone in the party could not eat the lobster. They did agree and take it back but expect better from such a great place to give your customers food

Made reservations Sunday at 3, which is the time listed as to when the restaurant opens. We get there and the place is a complete ghost town, even after waiting an additional 15 minutes. Just for a sanity check I called and an employee from a remote location picks up to tell me that despite the hours listed online (and my reservation), they opened at 4 regardless. Overall the lack of professionalism turned us off from putting up with the additional hour plus wait. Whatever your hours are, please make sure they’re reflected on all major sites.
