Lady working was so rude, took her time, was unsanitary and touched the inside of the cup. To put the cherry on top, there’s 2 visible strands of hair in the frosty! Terrible. I love wendy’s but this location needs workers that care.

The service and staff was incredibly bad. The workers were rude and mean. They messed up my order and the order of the other customer ahead and behind me. The worker at the front register gave me such a hard time while redeeming my wendy's offers and gave me a hard time explaining that he messed up my order that was clearly in the recept. When accepting the fact he messed up my order he gave me the worst attitude. I love wendy's but this one was by far my worst experience at any wendy's I've been to.

Rude casher yelling at customers in the line for picking up food. He said customers made him confused whether they are in line for ordering or picking up, it is his fault that he clearly divide lines
My day started off horrible, but after visiting the Wendy’s at Willowbrook mall and receiving an order of a “$5 biggie bag” my day instantly became much better. Friendly representatives. Clean establishment. Extraordinary manager!

They are so rude. My son wanted to eat fries. We asked questions about food allergies for French fries but the owner or manager not sure didn’t even help us and gave no information. A simple question for the oil but no explanation. Even the cashier was so rude. As a customer I was not happy. They need a new management and team!

I went to Wendy’s on February 17 around 7:30 and I ordered a baked patato. halfway of eating the patato I found a piece of hair inside of it. this was very disappointing.

Best Wendy’s ever employees are funny and food service is fast it gets really busy since it is in a mall food court which takes your order to take a bit long but over all good service!! Totally recommend!!!
