Guy at the drive thru gave us 4 nuggets(3 regular and 1 spicy) when we asked for 6 nuggets and that one spicy nuggets burned my little brother tongue and when we came back the guy did not even say sorry, absolute tomfoolery

Ordered a chicken cutlet blt biggie bag and they forgot the chicken cutlet blt... I pretty much paid for 4 nuggets and fries. I was literally the only person in the entire drive through and they managed to mess up the order. Should've checked the bag but if you're gonna forget something why make it the sandwich, I was so hungry. I'll be back again next week for lunch smh. :(

Every time I go here I feel as if I order too much I'm a family of four and every time I get to the window they miss something today it was a drink and the person at the window makes me feel uncomfortable as is he's gifting me the drink a drink I paid for but didn't receive then asking for bar b q sauce for nuggets I purchased was an issue not to mention when I got home I didn't even have the nuggets this place really needs to do better they have a lot of business but because they can't handle it they take it out on the customer even at the order window they rush you is that it is that it is that when did customer service get so low. If they don't want to be there get a better job.

Avoid going here if you don’t want your money stolen. On two occasions they had several items missing (while the rest of the items were prepared incorrectly I.e. meat on an egg and cheese sandwich). On the second occasion I contacted Wendy’s through the app and was told that I would receive a refund. I then get a call from the store themselves saying “you can come get the items now” (it was hours later and I was hours away) which I explained I couldn’t. They then refused to refund me unless I came in person, even though they are easily able to take my money so easily online. If you can’t refund through original payment method, then you should not accept mobile orders. Still waiting to hear back from them but I am not hopeful.
