$8 for a knockoff of Annie’s. You’re making a Hell of a profit. Dry for the most part. Total waste of money .

i saw the mozzarella stick advertisement on the wall with tomato sauce so i added them to my order. As rhe cashier bagged my order, she didn’t put the tomato sauce so i asked if there was sauce to go with the mozzarella sticks she stated no. I asked why there was tomato sauce in the picture then she replied “it’s just a picture.” That’s false advertising so i asked her to return that part of my order (i still wanted the rest) the cashier was rude and didn’t even know how to do the return she had to facetime someone on her phone to learn how to do so with three other people there working as well which took about 20 minutes. Then she returned the entire order and told me i had to pay again and none of my money was returned. PLS DO BETTER.

the food was good at first.. i used to always get from here. i got cin-a-bitz and pizza bitz. a few hours after finishing my cin-a-bitz i started feeling sick and still feel sick the morning after… the food was clearly contaminated.

In all honestly, the Mango Boba Fresh Lemonade was good. My only problem was that I was ready to have Boba pearls popping in my mouth, but the straw was too small to suck up the pearls. 😭 You'd better stop by a dollar store or shoprite for bigger straws before you order this. I took the top off and drank it like that, which took some of the fun out if it.

I was so upset to receive stale cinnamon bites. I was in a rush so I was not able to go back for an exchange (if that is even possible)

The cashier employee is rude and not in the right place. The right employee for this job must be wise in dealing with customers, and I am confident that the manager in charge of this place is worse off than his employees.

i've had two different experiences at this place so i guess the service just varies? the first time they made us pay for the food at one counter and drink at the other, which was very strange. and moreover, the dude presumably in charge seemed quite impatient with us, as if we should have known about their weird system. perhaps this was due to the long line. but the second time i had no issues and paid for everything together. there was also a very nice woman that gave me samples of scrumptious little cinnamon pretzel bits, which i greatly appreciated. overall, the food is very nice and i would revisit.

Be careful eating hot dog whiz , my son was throwing up all night , probably they use expired sausages!!!!

Horrible service. Their card machine doesn't work and they charge you whatever they want, they want you to swipe multiple times. They keep saying is credit cards fault. My husband came a couple of days before and they had the same issue.

Went yesterday night, dont know if it was because it was 1 hour till closing but the pretzel bites i received weren't cooked all the way and barely had any salt on them. Had my boyfriend try them and he also agreed that they were not good. More than half ended up in the trash. Ill stick to auntie anns.

The worker put back someone’s unwanted pretzels Inside the warmer for someone else to buy!!!! Disgusting!

Want hot pretzels and the manager went out of his way to provide , dilal at wetzels is a great mgr..excellent customer service..
