i've had two different experiences at this place so i guess the service just varies? the first time they made us pay for the food at one counter and drink at the other, which was very strange. and moreover, the dude presumably in charge seemed quite impatient with us, as if we should have known about their weird system. perhaps this was due to the long line. but the second time i had no issues and paid for everything together. there was also a very nice woman that gave me samples of scrumptious little cinnamon pretzel bits, which i greatly appreciated. overall, the food is very nice and i would revisit.

Be careful eating hot dog whiz , my son was throwing up all night , probably they use expired sausages!!!!

I visited the stand in the mall today and ordered a pretzel and honey mustard dipping sauce. After leaving the mall and getting ready to eat the pretzel, I notice the honey mustard is over a month expired. Gross! This Wetzel's is not following food service rules if they're selling expired products. Who knows what else they're doing wrong.

Horrible service. Their card machine doesn't work and they charge you whatever they want, they want you to swipe multiple times. They keep saying is credit cards fault. My husband came a couple of days before and they had the same issue.

Went yesterday night, dont know if it was because it was 1 hour till closing but the pretzel bites i received weren't cooked all the way and barely had any salt on them. Had my boyfriend try them and he also agreed that they were not good. More than half ended up in the trash. Ill stick to auntie anns.

The man gave someone pretzels, when they complained saying it wasn't what they order, HE PUT THEM BACK, and gave it to the next customer who happened to purchase that pretzel. Disgusting.
My experience at Wetzels Pretzels was good this place is great after a long day of shopping. The pretzel bites with a cherry slushy is so good my only complaint is that for these 2 things the total came to $12 which is crazy considering what I got but still very good

Was excited to eat my cheese pretzel. Took a bite and it was SUPER salty. Turned it around to find so much salt EMBEDDED in the bottom of the pretzel so i couldn't scrap off. Someone neglected to clean up the oven pan, making my cheese pretzel (cheese is already salty) into an inedible salt mess. So disappointed, total waste of money

gave me a half raw pretzel that i decided to eat because i was so hungry at the time that ended up giving me the worst stomach ache of my entire life. do not eat here, it is absolutely disgusting.

Went to one of the kiosk a few days ago and the young girl that took me, (i think her name was like Laisha) was so nice and helpful. She took my order and was so polite and efficient. Definitely will be going back!
