Man im Colombian so I know what up. This Ecuadorian ish was good as hell. This place was hella jumppin music choice of the Berghain on god. Food was very tasty and filled me up (didnt even eat the whole thing) 10/10 keep doin what you doin players!

Like a real Ecuadorian this place is fake Ecuadorian. The food is horrible. Horrible service. They’re so fast to flip a table, They just are ready to kick you out after you eat. Food is horrible agin because it was horrible, don’t come here !!!! Save your money and if you Ecuadorian just cook at home don’t come here

I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience demands it.
As the wife of an Ecuadorian, I’ve experienced authentic Ecuadorian cuisine many times, this was far from it.
Endless wait times with no apologies, while tables seated after us were served and gone before we got a single dish. Each plate arrived 30+ minutes apart, and we were repeatedly handed off to new servers who had no idea what the previous one had taken. The disorganization was astounding.

Do yourself a favor: don’t waste your time or money here.

The food looked so good on Instagram and when I came to the restaurant I was disappointed the food had no flavor at all… my tostones was hard as a rock couldn’t eat it…. The server was slow . I won’t come back here . You want good Ecuadorian food go to el rinconcito de Chelex if you want amazing Ecuadorian food for good prices as well

First time at Ñaños and I loved it.
Food is very well presented and abundant. Everything we ordered was delicious, and the staff was super attentive and cordial.
I will be going back soon.

I probably wouldn’t go here again, but I can see why other people would enjoy it. We had the Bolon Ñaños, which was a very large portion; the plantains and pork were pretty dry so I don’t recommend eating it without a big drink. Overall a greasy and mildly unpleasant experience. The first waiter that came by only spoke Spanish, but I don’t (skill issue on my part—not the reason I don’t recommend the place). Restaurant was playing very loud music so it was difficult to have a conversation. All in all, Ñaños is not for me, but I don’t think I’m the intended audience anyway.

This place is horrible , the servers are so rude and the women manager they have in this restaurant is so dissapointed rude and teaches her workers to be like her . I order ribs and they were fully burned like i couldnt even eat , and I showed and explained the server nicely about the situation and she saw it with her own eyes how burn the ribs were , she took my plate she said she was going to ask the manager and never came back with my plate , never change the ribs , never even came back to say something to me and like 25 minutes had already pass and I asked her what happen with my food and she was so rude and told me they cant do nothing about it and since i didnt want the ribs she left the plate in the kitchen and i end up eating the rice and beans alone with no meat . And on top of that the charge me for the full plate .

first time trying this place. it was not a good experience. some items were not available like Bolon, Tonga Manaba, guatita at 6 pm so we decided to stay since we came back to New Jersey. we ordered Arroz con menestra y carne asada, pescado apanado, costillas con arroz con menestra. the food was not good, it was cold and no seasoning. they charged us for the containers which the restaurant should provide to the customers.also, it is not easy to find parking spot
i don’t recommend this restaurant .Sabor Latino and Gran Amazonia are better than that
this is disappointing that’s why I don’t like to try Ecuadorian restaurants they don’t like provide good quality products, good services.

Most traditional food not in the menu, overuse of peanut in the Guatita, low flavor Encebollado and burnt patacones. Hope the food gets better because the atmosphere and service are great.

I was headed to Garcias Ecuadorian restaurant in Union City, NJ but this place was closer and I really wanted an Encebollado de Pescado (this place has it).

I was excited cause it, Naños, was on my list of places to try. I was so disappointed and definitely dissatisfied with the quality of food and the non inviting atmosphere by the servers. Just very plain.

I asked for the encebollado, waited and had my taste buds savory in anticipation, but what a shame. The taste was bland, even after adding the usual amount of lime, and worst of all it was cold. At first I thought it was the top layer as would happen after adding lime, but no, it was the entire bowl 🤔

The chifles were ok, but its chifles, and I didn’t even bother with the rice. First impressions are everything and this place failed. I left, even after the waitress asking if I wanted it reheated, I said no; you get this plate correct in the first try, you don’t reheat. Sadder still, I paid my entire bill for food, even though I returned it and didn’t want to take of it as I am on the road.

Don’t recommend this place and won’t be back. Very disappointed. Try Garcias, Cipo, or Mamis Cafe for Ecuadorian food if you don’t want to be disappointed 🙏
