Best vegan Mexican food I've ever had for sure. The enchiladas i ordered were cooked to perfection, soooo fresh and flavorful and I love the almond-based cheese and crema they use. Waiters were so friendly and funny and the decor inside is GORGEOUS! (And also you can get a view of the NYC skyline right across the river)

This place is getting stupid expensive. The views, service, food are good. $6 for a coke is bit ridiculous. I thought it was pretty expensive for 1 guacamole/chips, 1 order steak tacos, 1 cheese quesadilla and two cokes was $94.00 plus tip!

One of my favorite local restaurants. The food is absolutely delicious from the fresh guacamole to the amazing tastefully fajitas. The frozen passionfruit margaritas are to die for.. All the workers are extremely friendly and super helpfull. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants some good quality food and ambiance. The decorations are breathless.. LGTBTQ+ friendly...

I paid $44 for a chicken and shrimp fajita. I think that’s ridiculous specially that it’s not such a high-quality. I think that’s the highest amount I ever paid for fajita in my life boy overpriced.

Charrito’s has great service and an amazing view! The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is always fresh and flavorful. The parking is also a big plus — easy and convenient. Definitely a place worth visiting!

Let me just start by saying that I have been wronged by these people one too many times, but last night has forced me to write this review. We ordered a chicken burrito, vegetarian enchiladas, elotes, chips and salsa. I use the app so there is not "english miscommunication", something that has happened many times in past. I go to pick up the food because it is wrong so often and by the time it is delivered - too late. What was provided to us was: 2 chicken enchiladas, 1 steak quesedilla. None of this, I could. It is 10pm. I call the restaurant - they give no regard about fixing this. I call grubhub to get a refund. But, I am disgusted by this restaurant's complete lack of professionalism and integrity. This place is on my NEVER-eat list and I really don't think they deserve anyone's money. The woman I talked to made no efforts to even help me/apolgoize for this situation. She basically said - "wasn't me". In NJ, we do not need to compromise on this level of absolute below par service, this little regard for customers (I spent $85 btw) or this little attention to detail. They obviously do not speak/comprehend English, but this mishap is way more than that. This is insidious. This is toxic. This is the absolute scum of an example and does not deserve to be among the other business in Weehawken/West New York/Union City / Hoboken that actually make efforts to feed us and nurture us go give us our money's worth. I think this business deserves to be shut down.

Great food and service. My kids local fav that they love. We stopped in, they took us there and even the chicken taco seasoning was amazing. Birria taco was 100% full of the meat. Literally. And they pay attention to details that small places rarely do: gave us new silverware after appetizers rather than making us put forks on the table, and when the drinks came the staff knew who ordered what without asking again. Details that speak to quality. Not sure why ratings here aren’t higher.

We had a new years eve dinner there. The ambience was ok, but we expected a more special menu for a new years eve menu where we payed 300 bucks for two persons, including a bottle of prosecco and a bottle of water. It was all quite standard and for us not very special in taste.

the food was a step up from fast food. the rice tasted like it was from a box. the waitress asked how the food was. i was honest and never saw her again. dont waist your money. only good for a drink and chips. go for the view and not the food.

The food is pretty good. The service is just AWFUL ?. The tables are cramped & tiny. And it takes forever to get a server. I've eaten here over the yrs hoping service would improve, but.. It got WORSE! If I ever go back, it'll be strictly take-out. It's a shame cuz the food is actually good ? ?

The person who greets you is a lady with a bad temper, who resents being asked something, a person with an ogre's attitude should not work while saying hello...
The restaurant is not bad but they damage your food by making people of this class pay $150 for someone who is not happy with what they do to give you that energy
The food was good but expensive $$$$, the price was excessive for what the place really is

Parking: The location has parking available, but they charge for it.
