Chart House is a beautiful restaurant. I've been there many times and the ambiance alone keeps calling us back. It was a lovely evening...the food and service were outstanding. It is certainly our go to place for special occasions and also just because you want a great dinner out.

Amazing experience from start to finish. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the view was stunning. What truly made the night special was our waitress - she was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, always smiling and making sure we had everything we needed. I forgot her name, but Im sure the first letter was M. Her service alone deserves five stars. We felt genuinely welcomed and will definitely be coming back.

Every year for my daughter's birthday we got to chart house has been our tradition for the past 4 years. This year, unfortunate our experience was not the best. Our waiter, Jason was very nonchalant. My daughters had 14oz lobster which was chewy and on the hard side. I had sword fish my plate came with a piece of short hair on the side, the mango sticky rice was ok but the fish in the center had a bad taste like it wasn't fresh. My daughter's boyfriend had lamb in some red wine pomegranate sauce which was horrible. I am a beer drinker so I had a modelo which was just chilled not cold how a beer should be served. Our dessert my daughters favorite chocolate lava came with a candle and happy birthday written but the plate was sloppy wasn't clean around the edges just messy service all around and The bill $315.00

PRIME RIB FRENCH DIP DID NOT HAVE MUCH MEAT ON IT. ALSO THE KEY LIME PIE WAS NOT VERY GOOD EITHER. WOULD NOT GO BACK UNLESS WE GET ANOTHER GIFT CARD TO USE.

We had an absolutely incredible experience at Chart House, and a huge part of that was thanks to our amazing server, Jon. From the very beginning to the very end of the evening, Jon went above and beyond to make our night truly special and memorable. We were celebrating my boyfriend's first ever YouTube upload, which was such a meaningful milestone for us, and Jon made sure it felt like a real celebration. Not only was he attentive, kind, and genuinely enthusiastic for us, but he also took the time to make everything feel personal and thoughtful, not rushed or routine in the slightest. One moment that really stood out was when I asked for a hand wipe. They didn't have any available, but instead of stopping there, Jon went out of his way to bring us two warm, steamed towels for our hands. That level of effort and care truly speaks volumes about his dedication to excellent service. The service was flawless throughout the meal, but what really touched us was the extra effort put into honoring my special request. The dessert came out with a handwritten message on the plate, and on top of that, they included a congratulatory note on a postcard. That thoughtful detail turned a great dinner into an unforgettable experience. Jon's energy, professionalism, and kindness elevated the entire evening. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and takes pride in what he does. Chart House is already a beautiful restaurant with great food, but servers like Jon are what make people want to come back again and again. Thank you, Jon, and thank you, Chart House, for helping us celebrate such a special moment in such a meaningful way.

Chart House is one of my favorite restaurants. My man and I both enjoyed the coconut shrimp and their steak Selections which were delicious. The bartenders are excellent and mastered my favorite cocktail: A Belvediere Lemon Drop. Absolutely perfect. My family has visted as well and love the food and ambiance. It is the perfect mix of a classy lounge and a romantic place to enjoy a meal for two.

We had the best experience there last night! Brandon was an excellent waiter, personable and efficient. I am SO glad we went and the NYC views were spectacular. The calamari had a light, excellent sauce and I think I ate 80% of it. My husband said the chef's selection of black cod was wonderful. If I'm honest, the grilled salmon and risotto were just ok. But the molten lava cake was amazing. So get out of the city and head to New Jersey!

Waiter could have check on us more We had to look for him more then we should have Also it was my wife's BD and 4 other table around us also had BD's and there waiter brought out a cake and card for them and Nothing for my wife, all she got was a verbal happy birthday..disappointed

A fri be from NJ recommended the Chart House and it did not disappoint. Right off the bat, the view of NYC is outstanding. The whipped Ricotta and meatballs were amazing. The appetizer is a huge portion and so delicious.
