We like this place but this time I was very disappointed because I reserved for my wife birthday but when we ordered the dessert the staff forgot the candle or something to celebrate this important celebration I received the bill so I ask the waiter what happened and he tried to make up for later but she didn't have the surprise

Took my visiting sister there on a Tuesday evening. She was taken aback by the level of service that made us feel like VIPs! After getting a great window seat, my Sis jokingly said, "How romantic, too bad I'm here with my brother". Our gorgeous server Michelle was spectacular. She made multiple trips to the bar to find 'just the right wine' for my sister's particular taste and made two special requests to the kitchen on our behalf. Michelle's calming presence and 'in the moment' attitude made us feel very special. Being an intellectual herself, Michelle engaged with us most excellently in conversation. I've had a few nice meals before at the Chart House, but this by far was the best experience ever thanks to Michelle.

Chart House is first and foremost the views of the Manhattan skyline. The views are unmatch and utterly stunning. Service is excellent. Food is very good. Not great, but well above average. Despite its trappings, the restaurant still feels a grade below high end steakhouses and restaurants in Manhattan or elsewhere in NJ. However, this is definitely a place we will happily return for special events and, always, to enjoy the incredible view!

Great night , stellar service with Lee as our waiter very attentive and informative strongly recommend the Chart House for a night out. The Halibut was outstanding !!!

We had a great time! The staff were amazing, they accommodated us even thought we were running late. There is a wait even with reservations. The food was delicious however the menu options were a bit limited. The portions were big. That being said the restaurant and view were amazing! All the servers were great. Lee is the best! The $58 meal is the best value, but prices aren't terrible. Overall great experience

But I had little bie disappointment because I tell the front desk request window view she do not help and find out, because I come early I saw too many windows view tables is available, waiter is good , Prepared a small dessert for us and wrote "happy 2nd Anniversary", which was a surprise to me.

My first time there, we had dinner elsewhere and went there for soups because they were highly recommended from a friend. Lee was our server and he was very knowledgeable and super friendly. The soups and salad were amazing. We had lobster bisque and clam chowder with a Caesar salad. The salad was in a Parmesan cheese made bowl. We ate it all. Next time I will try the fish!

good atmosphere and good service. food was descent to good for the most part. steak was very poort quality. meat was tough and dry even though it was cooked to perfect medium rare. one of the worst steaks ive had in a long time. kimchi calamari was excellent

Super romantic. Excellent service from LEE. Hostess was very accommodating (we arrived early for our reservation but still managed to get seated). The music was great. Food was amazing. Def recommend for special occasions, anniversaries etc.. dress to impress.
