A fri be from NJ recommended the Chart House and it did not disappoint. Right off the bat, the view of NYC is outstanding. The whipped Ricotta and meatballs were amazing. The appetizer is a huge portion and so delicious.

Attended Chart House for the first time during a company Holiday Party and I will admit, the ambiance was spectacular, but after that, certain things were borderline average. Nothing against the servers, they all did a nice job with the exception of the coffee/dessert. It appeared the table that I was at wasn't even asked if we wanted to partake. Looking around the room, it seemed some servers had more enthusiasm than others. No big deal though. As far as the food, the Hors d'oeuvres were delectable. Diners raved about the coconut shrimp. The dinner was setup buffet style and the Italian food did not disappoint. One of the concerns was the carving table. One person was carving prime rib, however it appeared that certain people got better cuts than others. It seemed that when one cut of meat was complete, that was it. The table couldn't get a second person to carve to move the line a little faster or even replenish when out. With these being said, I will definitely try to be back again because I'd like to see how Chart House differs as an individual diner as opposed to being a part of a company party. The ambiance is better suited for the evenings, but you can't beat the location. Plenty of parking as well. Chart House gets a thumbs up. I'm hopeful next time the experience wows me.

I went over the weekend with my sister. Our server was Courtney.. and she was an absolute pleasure to have as our server. Her energy, friendliness, and people-first attitude truly stood out. She has a diamond personality and made us feel like more than just customers. Highly recommend 👌

They sat us 30 minutes after our reservation time. They served the adults food one hour after reservation time and kids food came 20 minutes later. Kid was allergic to the adult food so she had to be hungry until her food came. We didn’t wanna start eating before her so we waited and had our food super cold. Expensive and the worst experience. They literally ruined our anniversary. Thank you chart house….

Courtney was so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic, making us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. Her recommendations were spot on. Ordered medium well. This what they served. They did change the steak to still a medium. This is does not even look a rare. Just straight outta fridge. Other than that everything else is superb.

I was on a first date with an amazing man, and Courtney truly elevated the entire evening. She was charismatic, attentive, and incredibly professional, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of from start to finish. I love Chart House. I’ve been going there for about seven years, and there is one server who truly stands out. If you visit, you should absolutely ask for Jorge S. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure guests are happy, and his knowledge of the liquor selection and everything on the menu is impressive. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and on top of that, he’s just an amazing human being. I would ask for Jorge S every single time I visit Chart House.
