We came here as a party of 10 for a birthday celebration, and while the food and atmosphere were genuinely great, the service unfortunately ruined the overall experience. I completely understand that handling a large group can be tricky, but the restaurant wasn’t very busy, so it was disappointing how inattentive our server was. She had to come back multiple times to recheck the order, still managed to get several items wrong, and took a long time to follow up on drinks or check on how our food was. We even had to flag down another server for assistance more than once. The same issue repeated when it came time to pay the bill.
The food itself was excellent, and the atmosphere was very nice but when service is this poor, it really overshadows everything else. Hopefully, management takes this as constructive feedback, because the kitchen clearly has talent.

I’ve found your next date night or girls’ night spot — Drift is the place to be! With their one-year anniversary coming up, this gem is truly worth checking out. The aesthetic? Gorgeous. The vibe? Immaculate. And the food? Unreal. Hands down the best rigatoni I’ve ever had! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and everything from start to finish was perfection. Went here for Saturday brunch with a party of 8 and had an absolutely fantastic time! We did the bottomless brunch deal which is such a great value and everything from the food to the drinks was on point.
What really made the experience unforgettable was our server, Elia. Hands down the BEST service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. She was so attentive, friendly, and made sure our entire group was taken care of the whole time. Even with a big party, she kept everything running smoothly and with such a great attitude.
I’ll definitely be coming back and will 100% be asking for Elia again. If you’re thinking of doing brunch here—do it, and ask for Elia. You won’t regret it!

The worst customer service I've ever received, first, the waiters weren't paying attention and would give the wrong order to the wrong person or forget something in the order. Second, I asked for them to sing happy birthday to my friend and besides the fact that they brought the dessert with the wrong person, they made us feel humiliated and didn't sing to her when they did to the group next to us (the racism and lack of ethics was felt from a distance). For such an expensive restaurant, the quality of the food was not what we expected, the customer service was horrible, the waiter had an accident and I had to ask if he could change my glass because otherwise he wasn't going to do it, what would have happened if I had swallowed a glass? Huh? On a separate note, when the waiter dropped his glass, glass fragments were left on the floor and got embedded in my friends' feet. What kind of manager does this restaurant have that they don't know how to manage a high-class dinner and apparently they don't know how to manage the employees either. Terrible experience.

Very pretty resterant but service was SLOW! Went with party of 4 for brunch at 2:30 the resterant was empty and not that I am complaining about that but it took 20 min. Each for ordering and waiting in between drinks and meals. Not much staff either tbh. The food overall french toast was a hit the rest was above par but I ordered a chopped salad with shrimp and it was not good at all-the shrimp was not fresh or large for the price. If you go for just drinks and apps it can be okay but don't expect to be in and out within an 1hr. Not friendly workers either for the price.

Such a good spot to eat! Came here for a work outing and we all had such a great time. Food was amazing and the drinks were good too, thanks for the beer on the house! Haha
The burger was great and my friends enjoyed their pastas dishes, one of the girls was gluten free and they were very accommodating with the menu. Parking was a little bit of challenge but easy once we knew where to go. Will be back for sure in the future!

First impressions. Walked in Saturday peak dinner hours to my surprise dining room was half empty. I was shocked. Considering if you go next door, there’s a huge wait at hostess stand alone.
I went to order a mocktail creation off menu (only had 2 options- little light considering mocktails are HUGE present day) and bartender advised me against it. I appreciate the reasoning behind it but my thought process is why even list 2 creations if your OWN bartenders don’t like it and advise against it… says something here.
I sat to dinner with a friend we got croquettes which were DISGUSTING. We expected them to be warm and it was warm on the outside and ice cold inside. Just not a pleasant experience or texture.
We also got the burrata salad. My friend was pulling a huge chunk of prosciutto from her mouth because it was inedible and we couldn’t tell if it was paper lining or bad fat. Needless to say we stopped eating this quickly as it grossed us out.
We also got a sushi roll as an app. Why is the protein center warm? It’s supposed to be raw fish… cold. Needless to say this had no flavor at all. I don’t typically eat my sushi with soy sauce because I believe this ruins the experience and flavor… I was DOUSING my rolls in it and still wouldn’t get the flavor it so badly needed
For dinner we decided we would share a steak dish. Our original selection was skirt steak with 1-2 sides then the waiter came and told us special (which MASSIVE mistake) we ordered the Ribeye special and the mistake was we forgot to ask how much
Ribeye was $180. I’m sorry but this was not $180 steak by any means of the definition. Came with 2 sauces and 2 sides. Quality of meat was so poor you could tell as it cooked down. Lacked any flavor at all. Wasn’t tender. We got RIPPED off.
Overall- menu is similar to Blu. Service was terrible. We only saw our waiter 3x entire night, once for every hour we were there (and it wasn’t even busy!) Food was not pleasant. For the same menu and I probably would’ve had a savings on my dining experience if I went to Blu and ordered same items and would’ve been hot, tasty and tender.
Drift you won’t make it long if you keep trying to be something you’re not with these overpriced foods and under seasoned cheap cuts/quality of foods.
This was honestly one of the nicest restaurants with the best food I have been to. My family is from Hudson County and myself and my children were raised in Bergen County so we have been dining for special occasions on the Hudson for decades. The appetizers came out and were so delicious and the meal was even better. The staff was so professional and nothing could beat the view! Highly recommend this restaurant. Just bring a full wallet! But isn't it great when you get what you pay for and more? Can not wait to go back.

SCAM !!!!!!! I recently went to drift 10/27/25 Ordered two drinks which were supposed to be totals of $30. They billed me $71. On two occasions. Each time I swiped for $30 . And got a receipt. When I checked my credit card bill it shows $71. Just stay away from that place.

We celebrated my mom’s birthday here with my family, and everything and everyone at Drift made it so special and amazing! The service, food, drinks and atmosphere were all incredible and made my mom’s celebration extra memorable. Jesus was our waiter and he was fantastic, along with Alexa and all the other staff members who were so attentive and helped take care of us. We will definitely be back to celebrate more family occasions or casual dinners. Drift is a wonderful and beautiful spot, and we are very happy it was recommended to us. Cannot say enough great things!
