Luego le pregunto si eso suele suceder y me dice que puede pasar que ella sugiere que se haga la reserva directo con el restaurante cosa que me sorprendió dado que para mí este App es excelente siempre lo uso. Nos sentaron en una mesa de centro y el servicio fue un caos. No vuelvo a ese restaurant.

The inside of the restaurant was super well decorated ! The ambience was nice and relaxing . Food was top notch ! The waiter and manager were very attentive and never waited long for anything to be brought to the table. I will definitely be back !

We came here as a party of 10 for a birthday celebration, and while the food and atmosphere were genuinely great, the service unfortunately ruined the overall experience. I completely understand that handling a large group can be tricky, but the restaurant wasn’t very busy, so it was disappointing how inattentive our server was. She had to come back multiple times to recheck the order, still managed to get several items wrong, and took a long time to follow up on drinks or check on how our food was. We even had to flag down another server for assistance more than once. The same issue repeated when it came time to pay the bill.
The food itself was excellent, and the atmosphere was very nice but when service is this poor, it really overshadows everything else. Hopefully, management takes this as constructive feedback, because the kitchen clearly has talent.

I’ve found your next date night or girls’ night spot — Drift is the place to be! With their one-year anniversary coming up, this gem is truly worth checking out. The aesthetic? Gorgeous. The vibe? Immaculate. And the food? Unreal. Hands down the best rigatoni I’ve ever had! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and everything from start to finish was perfection. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Went here for Saturday brunch with a party of 8 and had an absolutely fantastic time! We did the bottomless brunch deal which is such a great value and everything from the food to the drinks was on point.
What really made the experience unforgettable was our server, Elia. Hands down the BEST service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. She was so attentive, friendly, and made sure our entire group was taken care of the whole time. Even with a big party, she kept everything running smoothly and with such a great attitude.
I’ll definitely be coming back and will 100% be asking for Elia again. If you’re thinking of doing brunch here—do it, and ask for Elia. You won’t regret it!

The worst customer service I've ever received, first, the waiters weren't paying attention and would give the wrong order to the wrong person or forget something in the order. Second, I asked for them to sing happy birthday to my friend and besides the fact that they brought the dessert with the wrong person, they made us feel humiliated and didn't sing to her when they did to the group next to us (the racism and lack of ethics was felt from a distance). For such an expensive restaurant, the quality of the food was not what we expected, the customer service was horrible, the waiter had an accident and I had to ask if he could change my glass because otherwise he wasn't going to do it, what would have happened if I had swallowed a glass? Huh? On a separate note, when the waiter dropped his glass, glass fragments were left on the floor and got embedded in my friends' feet. What kind of manager does this restaurant have that they don't know how to manage a high-class dinner and apparently they don't know how to manage the employees either. Terrible experience.

Food was delicious however did not realize that the dinner entrees did not come with side dishes so that was a little disappointing. It was my assumption since I've been here for Brunch and the brunch entrees did include sides. aside from that everything was else was good Anthony was an outstanding server, recommended dishes and was very attentive. overall we had a wonderful dinner.

We waited endlessly for drinks, requesting them four times, whilst tables around us who were seated afterwards, were served beforehand. Thereafter, the drinks arrived after the appetizers and the order was incorrect. As we waited again, entrees came but incomplete. We were offered other complementary cocktails but we stressed we just wanted what we ordered. Eventually all the incorrect order items were compensated but that was not the point !
