Friendly staff, tip top service and clean tables. I visited this location every day during my 2 weeks visit. compared to all the other locations in Jersey and Manhattan this one is a jem.

Most incompetent team I’ve ever seen. No sense of urgency. My lid was not put on correctly and it caused a massive spill. I was ignored when trying to explain the situation. I must have been speaking a different language because no one understood what i was trying to say about the spill.

The bathroom is always disgusting. The napkin dispenser has accumulated dirt. It is quite unpleasant and unhygienic.

Service and location are great, just have a quality issue. My go-to at DD is just plain iced tea. It used to taste fresh and delicious at this location, but ever since they “upgraded” to those on-tap dispensers, it’s disgusting. I don’t know if it’s a cleanliness issue or they don’t make/replace it enough, but I’ve tried ordering it multiple times and it’s always a toss-up if it will be drinkable. Noticed this issue at other DDs that have installed this feature, but I hope management will look into it.

Passing through New York with my husband, we came to have our coffee in the morning, o New York atmosphere quickly!! you order two minutes later you have coffee or something else, quite a choice of dishes offered.
Parking: Approximately 7-8 spots, usually always a spot open. 15 minute parking, not always enforced.
