I visited this Dunkin’ today and was very disappointed. The new Sabrina’s Carpenter Strawberry Daydream Refresher just launched, and of course, I wanted to try it.
The girl who took my order has clearly been working here for a while — I’ve seen her here before. I clearly said the name of the drink, but she didn’t understand me. I had to repeat it several times and even pointed to the banner — she only understood on the fifth try.
I get that mistakes happen, but I believe employees should know the names of drinks, especially brand-new ones that just launched and are being ordered a lot.
Then, my friend and I both ordered the same drink, but you can clearly see from the photo that mine looked way brighter. It also tasted different — mine was missing oat milk, and I didn’t like it at all. The same girl made the drink, and honestly, it looked like she didn’t care and just rushed through it.
Later, I spoke to another employee — a guy — and explained the situation. He kindly added oat milk to my drink, so thank you for that.
I was ready to move on, but when we came back to order again, the same girl helped us. We ordered two donuts, and once again my friend had to repeat herself twice because the girl brought out the wrong ones — twice.
In my opinion, employees should know the menu and pay more attention to orders. That’s why I’m leaving a low rating.

Me and my friend went, and we had to repeat many times what we wanted. I was attacked by some random guy here and the two spanish workers both males ignored the man attacking me. Didn't even call the police but looked at me when he was atagonizing me asked him if they were going to call the police and he shushed me put his finger near his mouth and told me to shhh . Very unprofesional .

Most incompetent team I’ve ever seen. No sense of urgency. My lid was not put on correctly and it caused a massive spill. I was ignored when trying to explain the situation. I must have been speaking a different language because no one understood what i was trying to say about the spill.
The bathroom is always disgusting. The napkin dispenser has accumulated dirt. It is quite unpleasant and unhygienic.

Service and location are great, just have a quality issue. My go-to at DD is just plain iced tea. It used to taste fresh and delicious at this location, but ever since they “upgraded” to those on-tap dispensers, it’s disgusting. I don’t know if it’s a cleanliness issue or they don’t make/replace it enough, but I’ve tried ordering it multiple times and it’s always a toss-up if it will be drinkable. Noticed this issue at other DDs that have installed this feature, but I hope management will look into it.

Passing through New York with my husband, we came to have our coffee in the morning, o New York atmosphere quickly!! you order two minutes later you have coffee or something else, quite a choice of dishes offered.
