Worst customer service, stale food. The tall man prepping order is rude and has issues acknowledging when he messes up your order. You will not get fresh donuts or bagels here. Abort mission go elsewhere! There is a reason their rating is low!!

The coffee was extremely bitter and one time I came here for a hot coffee aswell and it seems they didn’t filter it correctly because I had little black bits of the coffee at the bottom it’s always this Dunkin too the cold drinks are good and correct I’ll fix the review if they fix this

Almost every time I go here there's an issue. Most recently, which will probably be the lady time i go here, on Saturday morning (5/24) I stopped in and ordered 2 drink and a sandwich. And every thing was wrong. I ordered a large strawberry dragonfruit refresher. These come with green tea unless you ask or are asked for lemonade. She made it with lemonade and then got mad at me when I told her I wanted it with green tea. Then I ordered a small iced caramel machiato with whipped cream. She entered it as a signature caramel latte. And gave me the latte I didn't ask for. A machiato comes with an extra shot. I know what I ordered and why I ordered it that way. Finally I ordered a grilled cheese and asked her to put it on a croissant (because my 9 year old doesn't like the crunchy crust if the new bread) she said yes but they didn't. So when my husband had her remake the machiato she just scrapped off the whipped cream with the cinnamon and put plain whipped cream on top thinking wouldn't notice. I worked at a very high volume dunkin for 2 years. I noticed. She needs to be retrained.

Yesterday was my final visit to this place. It is always a complete disaster. Spent nearly five minutes waiting for a new employee to ring up a single cup of black coffee. She could not figure it out. I can't blame her as management clearly couldn't spare 2 minutes to teach this poor soul how to do the damn job. It's not the first time I've dealt with new employees here who have ZERO idea of how to do any of the job's tasks. I even said "I'm glad I didn't order something more complicated" than a single cup of black coffee. You'd think the ONE thing a new employee at Dunkin would be trained to do is ring up a cup of coffee. Not here. Never again.
