This is a great Dunkin! Service is always super friendly and quick - donuts always seem fresh and they are great at accommodating your order with specialty milks and sugars. Definitely my go to in the neighborhood!

I had a horrific experience at this Dunkin’ location yesterday evening.
I ordered two matcha lattes and requested less ice, which is something I order almost daily at multiple Dunkin’ locations without any issue. The girl at the counter brought out a cup, pointed to the level, and said she had to fill ice up to that mark or else I would be charged extra for milk. She claimed this was their manager’s rule.
I explained that I was completely fine paying extra, but when she called her coworker Sai to confirm, he outright refused to make the drink—even after I clearly said I was willing to pay the additional charge. He simply said, “I won’t make it.” No explanation, no alternative, and no effort to resolve the situation.
When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told no manager was on site. At that point, I said I didn’t want the order anymore. Despite this, the girl insisted on making one drink herself, which I declined because the entire experience had already been extremely uncomfortable.
This was, without a doubt, the most pathetic customer service I have ever experienced at a Dunkin’. Every other Dunkin’ location makes this drink with no hesitation. The lack of professionalism, refusal to accommodate even with extra payment, and absence of management was shocking.
I do not recommend this location.

I work at the ferry terminal during the weekdays in the evenings and Danil is very nice and makes the best coffee. I rely on my evening coffee to get me through the work day and he consistently provides good service and good coffee 😉

I had a great experience with Port Imperial Dunkin. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and my order was prepared perfectly. The place was clean and welcoming, and even during busy hours they handled everything smoothly. Definitely one of the best locations I’ve visited. Highly recommend!

The best Dunkin Donut place around. I've ordered the same drink in other locations, but this one serves the best. The Coffee always has the perfect amount to make it taste not too heavy and not too light. Just perfect. It's clean and the staff is awesome. Can't start my day without stopping there for my daily fix!!

Food was cold and the wrong order. Ordered Sausage Egg and Cheese, got a terribly beat up Bacon Egg and Cheese that was cold.
Kinda blah store, the seating area is never wiped down. There was spider web right on the top of the seat. Food was pretty greasy.

I went in with the intent to buy something to use the restroom. As I was in line, I asked one worker if I can use the restroom. He said if you buy something I can give you the key. I bought coffee, then asked the cashier for the key to the restroom. I was then told that the restroom is not open, as the manager has the key, but is not present. I was very disappointed in this experience as I wasted money for nothing, and the workers lied to me. Now I have to look for other options.
