Its just another dunkin. But they need to pay more attention to cross contamination.Which tells me training in general is lacking cus that's super basic...A plain bagel with cream cheese shouldnt taste like anything else at all...

Hard to really rate a place when online/maps says you're open until 10pm and the sign on the door says open as well until 9. Walked into the store at 8:45 since doors were unlocked, usually that means open?? I was told they close at 8:30. If that's the case you need to update your signs and online. Disappointed.

I got the mini stuffed bagel for my three years old daughter a year ago and it was stale, and really bad. I ordered the same thing today, assuming the first incident was an anomaly, but it was the same issue again. And who serves lukewarm cappuccino !!! They need a new staff/manager or maybe someone need to train all of them on how to interact with customers and serve good quality food.

Today, I asked medium coffee with milk and sugar. I almost waited for 10mins to get a hot coffee even though everyone left before me. Finally they gave me a coffee with cream. I told this is not what I ordered. Then they made again, but it tastes like sugar water and looks like they poured water with sugar on a tiny left over coffee. I told them, but the worker mentioned he used milk.This is worst experience I had in dunkin donuts. They think I don't know what dunkin donuts coffee taste like? I got my coffee in a different dunking donuts and compared the color. Definitely the guy lied to me and I'm sure that he pour the water instead of coffee. Horrible!!! Horrible!!!! Horrible!!!! Yuk!@Attached a new coffee with milk and sugar. Workers!!! Please see the coffee color! Please do not deceive customer!!!

Worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. It’s always dirty, they never get your order right, when it’s wrong they don’t correct it, it’s awful. Don’t come here.

This is one of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been in. They’re constantly out of products. Usually I just accept an alternative but this week when they were out of bagels I decided I didn’t want something else instead. I asked for a refund and the woman serving refused to give me one. Her response when I initially asked for one was “oh no no no”. I responded by saying I didn’t receive any products so I wanted a refund. She told me she wouldn’t do it because I used the app (this is simply false as I’ve had orders refunded on my app before or received my money back in the same situation). When again I asked for a refund she said she wouldn’t give me one and if I had a problem with it to contact customer service. While I have contacted customer service I will most definitely not be returning to this Dunkin and will go to one right down the road instead and give them my money.
