Decided to pick up food here after seeing the 4.6 stars... which I don't know HOW they've managed to get a 4.6 in the first place. Mac & cheese and mashed potatoes were inedible, tasted like they were straight out of a box - cheapest possible quality. Gravy was not gravy, almost white - again cheapest possible quality. Chicken and corn bread were both dry.

Food is good but if you order through any delivery app they take forever since they deliver the food themselves. I’m talking over an hour and a half to deliver. It’s pointless and not even worth paying the tip and delivery fee at that point.

I ordered through Uber Eats and it says that the store sends its delivery, two hours have passed and the supposed delivery from the store still has not arrived, and the store is called and no one answers the phone, unfortunate, never again

We ordered (take out) last night, a little on the later side. Hoping we could get some good “real” food. We called and spoke to Hannah. She was absolutely lovely! So kind & accommodating!
I apologized- as I had the hiccups. But I was starving and needed to call and get some food right away. (She made me feel at ease and assured me she had my back!)
The food came pretty quickly. But our awe was in the presentation and sweet messages on the bag, and on my complimentary cup of mango juice. (She said was for my hiccups!)
The Food. SO fresh. SO plentiful. SO flavorful. It was like a family member (who loves you more than life) made it special, just for you!
We ate and delighted in the experience! Noting how amazing the chicken was… then the cornbread… the pitta bread that came with my uber fresh Greek salad… even the beets and coleslaw…. everything was better than the last thing we tried. #mindblown
We will definitely make ROP a regular spot when we are in town! 5 stars! And Hannah needs a raise!!!! ❤️

I ordered rotisserie chicken and it was great. Very flavorful. The salad had too much dressing but not a big deal. A combo of a whole chicken, large side order of beans, large order of white rice and a salad was $29.99.

the sweetest staff. let them know on my delivery notes it would be a bit hard for me to walk downstairs to grab the food due to recovering from an injury and they wrote a very sweet message with a drink. phenomenal service, people, and food. makes me extremely happy to support small businesses like this!
