We have a plans for a simple family dinner and just get married there.We have the best unplanned wedding party ever. Very good customer service with attentive and helpful staff, which exceeded our expectations with human treatment and affable and friendly service.They provided a warm environment and space for all the staff, the price is worth it, the food is top notch and the comfortable space and music.

My family and I were celebrating two anniversaries. My parents’ 36th anniversary and our first anniversary. We decided to do a lunch cruise on the Spirit of New Jersey for this very special occasion and were served by Keisa Velez. She was a great server and made sure we had everything that we needed for our dining experience.The whole cruise was about an hour and 45 mins with the remaining 15 mins used to board back on shore. It was a nice chill time with opportunities for picture taking, especially on the open deck. It was a beautiful sunny day making the cruise a great experience. The food was amazing.Thanks to Keisa Velez for a good time .

Don't waste your money my union hosted a event today and I'm actually on the boat writing this. The food sucks so bad they should be ashamed that they served it. The drinks are watered down. I recommend that anyone who would like to host a event do not use this boat company. The food was so bland it hurts, there was no flavor to anything they served. I rate this company F for failure

Had a GREAT time with a middle school 8th Grade class on a lunch cruise. The staff did a wonderful job and the food was delicious. The DJs kept the music pumping and the sights were nice, clear, and sunny.
We had a small family reunion with our guests of varied ages visiting from Utah and Florida. The boat staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We had the lunch menu and the items were varied to everyone's taste, plentiful, and delicious. The cruise itself took in the iconic sites from the Statue of Liberty to the Brooklyn Bridge and the beautiful newer Vessle in Hudson Yards and the Freedom Tower. We had a wonderful time with our family and the out of towners got a great overview of the beautiful NYC skyline as seen from the Hudson River.

Of the 2.5 hour trip about 45 minutes was spent offloading passengers at Chelsea Piers and another 45 minutes was spent drifting in the Hudson waiting for our berth to open up. The food was good but the whole trip felt rushed.

Will not let me reply again but this is week two no one not getting back to me they keep email me but won’t call be back listed my number several times I need a person to speak to about this and a phone number very aggravating this is same customer service they gave me on ship bare minimal for a wedding partyA week since this review no one has contacted me as of yet !!!!Very dissatisfied had my daughter wedding there on June 11th all what I paid for wasn’t supplied example toast to bride my guest wasn’t given champagne on arrival on boat which by the way from late as they told me a time it would be there also the appetizers my daughter pick out was not served the wedding organizer who suppose to be there for wedding had to leave do no replacement the violinist half play the song walking down aisle also should of have two pedestals with flowers at alter there was none but there was huge plants in aisle which gave my daughter and I little room to walk out plus I paid for premium alcohol which was extra had went to bar to get a cocktail ask for a apple martini they said they didn’t have so then I went back and ask for rum punch and they told me no more rum someone was going downstairs to get some they never came back plus my guest had the same problem with a drink they ask for they didn’t have very embarrassing I really was disappointed with this service after all the money I spent in this economy I can’t afford to waste pool money my daughter acknowledged this but she kept a smile on her face but I know deep down she was annoyed

Just got back from a lunch cruise with a group. Everyone had a great time and the boat staff (Antonio, Angie and Krisa) were wonderful and very attentive. The food was also excellent and the views (well, it is NYC) were incomparable!
