I also ended up double tipping due to gratuity being included in the bill. It was rather disappointing. I don't see myself returning to this establishment.

I absolutely adore the vibrant energy, inviting atmosphere, distinctiveness, and above all, the incredible food at TBT Colombian Grill. The variety of food options is remarkable, but my personal favorite has to be their mouthwatering arepa burgers. Additionally, the special cup presentation for their hot chocolate adds a delightful touch. I am definitely looking forward to returning to this exceptional restaurant!

Came here for the 3rd time and it was sadly not the same as our very first experience...the service, although welcoming and friendly has gone down. We were not checked on or asked if we needed anything else.The food quality has also decreased, I ordered the mixta atomic burger lettuce wrapped and it was beautifully wrapped in lettuce but dry and flavorless...I ate about half until I was done. I kept the adding their special and tbt sauce on it and still wasn't enjoyable. Note: We also weren't asked how we want our burgers cooked but they were super well done...the chicken patty was also dry and lacked flavor.I sipped on my son's brownie shake and it was ok, things just seemed to have change pretty quickly in the short time they've opened.In GOOD news, the yuca fries and tostones gratinados were delicious. My fiancé also enjoyed his cherry lemonade.Beautiful ambience, decor, and restaurant but the burgers need to be better with a name like The Burger Temple.

An excellent place to eat and share, the restaurant is beautiful!!!!!!!! You can tell that it is a remodeled old bank, very good atmosphere. The food is excellent, we were really craving Colombian fast food and the satisfaction was 100%. We will return repeatedly.
Finally, a casual, family-friendly neighborhood joint with delicious food and great service at a reasonable price and airy, fun atmosphere with enough seating for a group of 5 or 6 friends without feeling cramped. It is a Colombian grill, but enough options for even the pickiest eaters. Welcome break from the typical Italian, Chinese, and taco joints.

Yes, yes, yes. This decor has been seen before, HOWEVER, not as thought out or spectacular as here! Don't let the rather tacky signage turn you off, this place is just beautifully crafted. And yes, there's actually off-street parking! Staff is friendly and will go the extra mile to please. There are tons of burger options and all are HUGE. My only complaint was that all our burgers were severed very well done. But hey, the waiter was so kind he opened the bank fault to us! Let the selfies begin!!! Well done!

Cute place. Too bad.The woman behind the grill is everything wrong with this place. She looks miserable and looks like she doesn't want to be there. She is also unfriendly but that's not the worst of it. The worst of it is that she uses the same gloves to handle the buns, lettuce and tomatoes that she uses to flip burgers and handle all manner of kitchen objects. You don't have to take my word for it, just go there and watch her work. It's disgusting and she clearly could not care less. So I gave it a chance anyway and ordered a burger. It was tasty. The flavor was not the issue. I'm not lying within 30 minutes I had to drive home. That's the problem with using the same gloves. Cross contamination will make you sick every time. Was I deathly ill? No. But I had to run home to the bathroom and that effing sucks. Absolutely disgusting. Instead of including 4 types of condiments with one hamburger maybe teach your cook about food safety. No excuse. Avoid like the plague until the kitchen worker is taught to change gloves or else fire them. I understand she is doing the work of more than one person but gloves are plentiful and inexpensive. She should be changing them regularly.The place has potential but this is a clear case of one employee causing an entire business to be doomed. This was early in the day as well so it's not like it was the end of her shift. Get her loose vinyl gloves they are extremely inexpensive and come on and off easily. The ones artists use. That's the best advice I can give. Either that or do what ecery other respectable burger place does hire a separate person to dress the burger.Again, don't take my word for it, watch how many times she changes those black rubber gloves.

We went to celebrate my friend's birthday, and everything went perfect. Juan Pablo's service was excellent, the food was exquisite (we ordered several dishes) and the atmosphere of the place is very sober (the music is very good pop in English, rock, etc. nothing extravagant) the bathrooms are modern and super clean.I recommend the place, make sure you are a good costumer if you want to be treated like one ?
