I was at this burger King and the service was just terrible 😫. I ordered 2 small value meals with no one in the drive through or the inside and those orders took 15 minutes to get to me. That's not the kind of service I expected to receive so no thumbs up for burger King today my friends.

This Burger King location has a large parking lot that is wheelchair accessible and is never crowded. The employees at this location have always been really friendly and helpful with helping me to navigate the mobile app.
Parking: The parking lot is huge, there is always a spot right up close.
Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot is wheelchair accessible, as well as the bathrooms and tables in the dining room.
I keep giving this location a shot (I work down the street) and they just keep letting me down. Burgers are never hot or fresh, just cold / room temperature. Fries are the only thing that usually come hot. It’s never busy when I go so I’m not understanding why they can’t just cook a burger nice and hot when it’s ordered. Last time before this they also gave me a single when I paid for a double which did not make me happy but I didn’t want to drive all the way back.

Wow! This is the cleanest and friendliest Burger King in the Berlin area. The staff and Management are so nice. The Fries are great and the vibe is really good. I highly recommend this Burger King restaurant.

Just tried to get some food. The sign on the door says they told us at 1am on the weekends. However the door was locked and the woman behind the counter shook her head and laughed as I tried the door. Why set hours if you aren't gonna abide by them?
IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD!!!! I have never complained about service I’ve had at a fast food restaurant drive-through or anywhere, EVER but the woman at the drive-through window at Burger King on route 73 in Voorhees, NJ was the rudest person I’ve ever come across in the food service industry!! You could tell by the way she said, can I help you that she was not the most pleasant person but when we got to the window she barely looked my way, handed us part of our food and closed the window without saying one word. She open the window a minute or two later, and handed us the rest of our food. We noticed my grandsons sauce was not in the bag with his chicken nuggets so we asked her if we could please have some ranch for the nuggets. She gave us a DIRTY LOOK, like we had done something wrong turn around, grabbed two packets of ranch, rolled her eyes and shut the window!!! I tried to call immediately to complain, but no one answered. I will continue to call until I get in touch with someone because that’s how angry if she actually made me!!! When this location had 1st opened the food, & service were really good. As time has passed I feel that the overall experience has declined. I love burger King, but this location is hit or miss.
