Cleanest Burger King we ever been in! We just stopped for breakfast everything was fresh and the French toast sticks and hash brown bites were delicious. The lady was super friendly and even made up some fries for the kids. Thank you we will be back!

July 6 around 7 pm drive thru. The girl who took our order had an not so nice attitude. She mixed up our order and then got the manager. Then we saw a smiling face. After the order was straighten out. The girl gave us our food she just put our food out the window and didn't even look at us. No thank you no smile just attitude. We got home our sandwiches were a mess I want a Whopper Jr with Cheese not a mayo sandwich with the ends of pickle and tomato very little lettuce. No we will not returning to this Burger King again.

We were served by the manager, and he genuinely seems to care about his customers’ experience. The food is… well it’s Burger King. It’s good food for fast food, but not exactly gourmet. The dining are was quiet as we were the only ones there, but could use a good cleaning. Over all, it’s a good place to grab a quick burger if you want to enjoy it in peace.

If I can give this Burger King a zero stars I would. when I Came here on May 28, 2025 I ordered a double cheeseburger no ketchup, large meal after receiving my meal I noticed I had ketchup on my burger. I’m highly upset because I am really allergic to ketchup and if I would’ve ate the sandwich, I would’ve sued because I asked for no ketchup and the receipt says no ketchup. This is the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to because they always get my order wrong the Person taking my order was very rude. She rolled her eyes when I told her there was ketchup on the burger and act like it wasn’t her fault. I wish I could give this place zero stars I will never be back. DONT COME TO THIS BURGER KING

To begin there new how to drain your dragon theming is a huge let down. I brought all how to train your dragon items and not a single one container or boxes were how to train your dragon themed. Except the free crown and the bag the food comes in. The lady working did not understand what we're saying and told they only sell it on the app?? All we wanted was every thing on the how to train your dragon meal. The building is dirty and my biggest complaint is that the door can barely open and it doesn't close all the way. Way over priced 50$ for one child two adults for fast food ??? For crap.
Waited literally 15 min in drive thru line to pick up my already placed app order. The girl at the window opened the window handed me my bag didn’t say a word and closed it back. No hi, no sorry for the long wait, nothing. 3 hours later I am having severe stomach pain and it’s really all I had today. Not worth going to BJ anymore regardless which location. They are all equally horrible with old bad food apparently. Never again.

Just once...I would like to get what I actually ordered!!!! Wanted double bacon cheeseburgers,got home,single burgers(after I was charged for doubles) and they were COLD!!!!!! And thier coke is so watered down and flat too!!!!!! This place is just as bad as the BK that finally closed in Medford!!!! Like WTH!!!!!!

I was at this burger King and the service was just terrible 😫. I ordered 2 small value meals with no one in the drive through or the inside and those orders took 15 minutes to get to me. That's not the kind of service I expected to receive so no thumbs up for burger King today my friends.

This Burger King location has a large parking lot that is wheelchair accessible and is never crowded. The employees at this location have always been really friendly and helpful with helping me to navigate the mobile app.
Parking: The parking lot is huge, there is always a spot right up close.
Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot is wheelchair accessible, as well as the bathrooms and tables in the dining room.
