Literally horrible service … whole point of ordering pick up is to order your food and have it ready when you get there… got there and it was after 10:30 even though I ordered pick up before 10:30 they charged my card and dismissed the issue right away. Definitely not like the other chick fil a buildings I have been to I would suggest another location.

Recently diagnosed with Gestational diabetes and can't eat any carbs. Their app was so detailed I was able to easily remove all ingredients I could not have. They even suggested turning my sandwich into a lettuce wrap, and I could not have been happier. They really made my day, what a blessing!

Very disappointed in this location! I will not go there again. I came there today for Veterans Day with my Father we are both Veterans. We were told they are not participating in the Veterans Day entree giveaway of a free chicken sandwich. Do better next time for our service members!

Kylie and Taylor are so pleasant that I don't think I can eat anywhere else in Berlin anymore. More specifically, I don't think I'll ever go to any other Chick-fil-A again. Give these women a raise because that is top notch customer service!!

Two times in a row my sandwich’s were made terribly. I got the honey pepper pimento, literally a table spoon of pimento on it. Terrible. Worst Chick-fil-
