Stopped in for lunch to grab a burger. Ordered a burger paid, went to the bathroom sat down for about five minutes, then was informed they didn’t have any rolls. Couldn’t make any sandwiches or burgers. Pizza on the counter looks like it was made yesterday. At least got a refund

I have placed an order for delivery this evening. I asked for a protein bar no salmon replaced with a vegetarian burger. They sent me a regular burger. I called the lady goes. Oh, I'm having it reset right back out to you. It will be there in 15 minutes I called 35 minutes later it was still not here. The lady says to me he is on his way. He just left about 10 minutes ago. OK I waited another 45 minutes. I called again and she said my mistake was a miscommunication he there was a lot of orders and I was just about to call you and give you a credit and he is on his way. He has one more stop than you OK. I waited another 35 minutes. I called back again and I said you never issued me a credit on my credit card she says I'm doing it right now. I then asked for a supervisor she tells me there's no supervisors on Tonight. I then called back again and still the food has not been delivered and I have no credit this is the world's worst place to never ever order from them. They are horrible. The receptionist is rude. Who takes your order and nasty and I would never order from here again. They are not worth it.

I stopped by for the first time on Tuesday evening and was seriously impressed! The pizza was super crispy and loaded with cheese, it was very fresh. The front desk lady, Karina with the braids, was incredibly sweet as well as very helpful. I ended up coming back again the very next week.

One I walk in there no one says hello when you walk up to the counter young lady with the breads Quick to push Customer is off she was on her phone did not greet anyone and this is the second time I go in there and I have that encounter with her, she needs a attitude adjustment
If I could give zero stars I would. This place is always 90+ degrees. The staff is always sweating over the food. The food is mediocre at best. In addition, every single time I come in here to pick up for door dash it takes an incredibly long time to get the food.

Most importantly, the pizza i got was excellent. So good. BUT... How are these people working in there? It was 99 degrees in there the day i went. Not a joke, i checked the temp. The pre made slices look disgusting as they are baking slowly on the counter and curling up. I wonder if they will splurge for heat this winter.

not sure what i was expecting after i saw all the negative reviews but i was hungry and was craving sweet potato fries and they had some on the menu. long story short, i got a burger with sweet potato fries and it was bomb. loved it! i would go there again honestly. the price for the portion sizes isn’t bad at all and the taste is pretty good. service was okay, the girl was helpful! i got it for takeout so not much to note but i wanted to leave a positive review because there is too much hate in this world.

They either have no central AC or don't turn it on which made my dine in experience very uncomfortable during a heat wave. I ordered two slices of pizza and it wasn't very good. My guess is it had been sitting out awhile prior to being reheated. It was kinda dry and overcooked. Fries were okay, but they're just fries. Had a takeout cheesesteak with fried onions previously and that wasn't good either. The onions were nearly undetectable on the sandwich and the meat was kinda dry. The meat was also chopped to small for a proper cheesesteak. I won't go here again .
