I ordered a surprise birthday cake for my mother who is Vegan. The cake was absolutely perfect from the consistency, taste, and texture. Plus no one would've guessed the cake was vegan. Kosher event, gluten free, dairy free or vegan, Diane has what you are looking for but can't find anywhere else. Call ahead or go on line because there isn't a typical store front because everything is made to order, no sitting around for 5 days in some bakery case. Specialty cakes are her forte. Check out her website and view the vast variety of work she has done in the past then order something and be amazed how she makes gluten free taste like cake... Amazing!

Everything about Diane’s La Patisserie was great. When we had our consultation, Diane had samples of everything. She gave us a ton of choices. When we figured out the inside of the cakes (we got 3 completely different flavored tiers), we worked on the design of the cake. Day of the wedding, she was there early for drop off and set up the cake. It looked so pretty. Everyone loved the cake.

Diane made us a small cake, various cupcakes, brownies, and cookies (including cat shaped cookies!) for our wedding. Everything was amazing and there was almost nothing left at the end of the night! She was even able to make sugar free options. Highly recommend!

So for my wedding, I just chose the one my venue recommended and didn’t even do a tasting.I was blown away at how damn good our cake was. I look forward to eating the top layer every year and plan to order another when it’s done next year. Eating that cake is my favorite part of my anniversary.Extra bonus points they make us a black cake and it was a huge hit.
