This Dunkin is really great. I’ve been coming here for a really long time, and every time I come, they always make my drink exactly right. This is the only Dunkin location that can make my drink exactly how I like it. The staff is always really nice and friendly!

I have a mobile order and i pick it up. The 1st guy said the order just came in itll be like 5 minutes. I said okay. Then this other guy comes out of no where and says “you’re order just came and now we have a line.” I said “okay?” I took the bag from him and he got mad that i “snatched” the order out of his hand. Don’t give me attitude for something that isn't in my control.

Best Dunkin in the area IMO. Iced coffee is always made perfectly and food is great. Never had any issues at this location, I drive past another Dunkin just to come to this one. It's that good.

I went to the drive thru early Thursday morning on January 2, 2025. The guy that greeted me through the intercom had such unintelligible English that I had to ask him to repeat twice because I genuinely did not understand what he was saying. For what it's worth, I have a lot of experience working with ESL learners, including my wife. Anyway, went I pulled to the window the guy glared at me as he handed the sandwich to the window guy. Starting later that day and laying into Sunday, I've had what I think is a minor case of food poisoning and I think the guy that prepared the food did something to it. Though I cannot be certain, I would not risk going back there myself.
Aside from the sandwich, I got two donuts. They did not have glazed chocolate even though it was early morning, and if the donuts were made that day then the product is just really slipping because they were not great.

I ordered online at 3:08 today to the dunkin on 235 rt 73 north West Berlin Nj. The employee handed me the completely wrong drink so I pointed it out and showed my mobile order to him. He said he didn't care, if I wanted him to make it again, I'd have to pay for it. He said his boss told him he is to never remake a drink (even if it's wrong). I'm not one to complain but his behavior was unacceptable.

Hands down best location in South Jersey. I have been coming here almost every morning for probably a year now, maybe even close to two. Never a bad order, customer service is outstanding, location is very clean. I see other negative reviews and i am shocked. The AM staff has everything on point. I have even stopped a few times in the afternoon and again perfect on everything! I go out of my way just to stop here because it makes all the difference!
