I've had a wonderful experience in the morning. The one girl who works the window is super nice and sweet and even gave my dog a munchkin. I just tried going there today. I waiting at the drive thru for a few minutes; I kept saying hello hello ... nothing . Honked my horn... nothing. I pull up to go inside and a girl waves her hand at me to not come in. They close at 7. It was 6:40 when I got there. I understand they need to close but there are 20 minutes. That is plenty of time to get me my cold brew. Unbelievable. At least tell me through the drive thru you're closing early instead of ignoring me. Very unprofessional and rude.

Workers are the rudest people and don’t even understand or try to understand you I mobile ordered something a head of time and paid already they were confused and made me pay again and kept saying check the receipt then they made my coffee awful and didn’t add sweetener DO NOT GO HERE

This was the worst service I've ever seen at a drive thru. The worker on the speaker was so salty and rude for no reason. Don't catch me ever coming back to this Dunkin.

This place is always closing early. Pay that man an hour extra to clean up and keep food AVAILABLE till 8pm closing time. This is ridiculous and I'm definitely reporting to corporate or business bureau. My coffee wasn't even good either. Every other Dunkin makes it right except this one because they be in a rush. Don't like it. I was hungry. Didn't even offer a donut as he seen I was upset already, wanted to argue with me over customer service SATISFACTION.

Guy refused to give me my card when I asked twice for it, he was trying to charge me for something extra that I did not get(whipped cream) the mamanager comes over to help the situation and said to give card back( he was nice) the other guy was laughing in my face about it too. Now I have a charge on my card for the order twice, and not just the extra he claimed I owed. Also one time saw a hair in my coffee, and their place is dirty. Indian guy at the window taking the money is rude, and one time tried not giving me change because he tried putting it in the tip jar, I said no that’s $5, I’d like it back please.

I ordered a Refresher, a wake up wrap and 2 donuts through the mobile order for my boyfriend and he said that the donuts were very fresh, the wrap was very tasty and the refresher was amazing considering it was about 2 in the afternoon.

The worst service ever, the person taking our order through the drive thru was the worst of the worst, disrespectful and screamed at us for taking one minute to decide what we wanted, stating that it was his bussines and we made him lose money and time. We were costumers too that just wanted to decide what donut we wanted with our drink, such a bad attitude

It is 5:11pm Sunday February 6/2023 this guy at drive thru window needs more experience on talking to customers @Dunkin Donuts Corporate office if he continues to be nasty he is going to get nasty results Bifar I won’t be coming here any more till management gets this place in top shape ?????

This particular outlet was awful, hardly any donuts at 3:30 PM, Couldn't sit inside and one sort of grouchy fella answering window service. Forget about it..!

Ordered a half dozen donuts through the app. Some were in stock, some out of stock. I ordered the in stock ones. When I got to the store, the door was locked, and the man inside was shooing me away. I made him open the door and he told me he didn't have any donuts for my order and to tell him when I would be coming back tomorrow. This wasn't possible because I needed the donuts that day, as it was my birthday and needed donuts for the party. I asked him for a refund on my donuts, and he said he would not give me one and again to come back tomorrow. He got mad at me for asking for money back on donuts that do not exist, even though his store said they were in stock. I still haven't received a refund and will be taking this issue up with corporate.
