The slowest restaurant I have ever seen. They kept me waiting for minutes and did not give me any information. After waiting for half an hour, when I asked how much time was left, they told me to wait 10 more minutes. If I had bought the ingredients and made them at home, I would have made it faster. There was a foul smell inside and bugs were crawling around.

Normally we don’t bother with reviews but whoever is working there today should have called out. We ordered through slice and went when it showed ready but had to still wait 20 minutes. Not a big deal, but we live 10 minutes away and get the food home to find its all cold and I had to reheat it in the oven and the cheesesteak was missing. My husband goes back and calls and the guy was dismissive, not apologetic and decided to blame the delivery driver who wasn’t involved at all in the order. We get the cheesesteak and it’s not just cold but disgustingly soggy. We normally love Gaetano and as a big family we always place large orders. If you aren’t going to care about doing the job right especially for such a high ticket order then don’t come in and give the business a bad rep.
Staff really friendly. Cheesesteak was great, plenty variations of cheesesteaks to order instead of always having to figure it yourself as well. The roll on the cheesesteak was perfect.

I really didn’t even want to leave 1 star !!! Tony was very rude when I called to tell him about how poorly his food was! I never thought you could mess up pizza but Tony should did make it happen. Please don’t order from here food is disgusting!!

Gaetano's West Berlin has quickly become our new favorite pizza spot! Every visit has been a delight, and we haven't had a single bad dish yet. The pizzas are always perfectly cooked with generous toppings and a delicious crust.

The Extra Cheese ? Pizza pie was VERY stretchy cheezy and we loved it!!! Saved a few slices for later and i personally thought it tasted even better cold.....Also the free Mortal Kombat Retro arcade was cool for the kids...i will stop by again.
