They were very understanding about a Door Dash mishap. This is a great place with great people. The food is always good and I will continue to come back!!
I ordered from here on sunday 11/26 and got a salad that was all the end of the romaine lettuce, there was no cheese and one tomato when it says in the description, tomato wedges, shaved cheese, green leafy lettuce, lousy excuse for a salad, then my daughter got a Caesar wrap, and her lettuce was freezer burnt and brown, and smelled horrible. I called and spoke to a woman, she called the owner while I was on the phone, and said he would call and make things right, well it is now tues, and I was waiting for him to call before I made a review, but apparently it doesn’t matter. So yes do not recommend this place at all.

The place was cold, and was dark. It wasn’t anything like any of the others, (especially Brooklawn). The panzerotti I had was frozen the first time, and then took almost a half hour to come back out. The steaks we had, the Garlic Bread Chicken cheesesteak was very light on the garlic sauce, and the Philly cheesesteak had an odd flavor. Won’t be in a rush back. Portions were also smaller than their normal. Definitely not holding true to their names sake as I’ve been to a few other Gitana’s locations, and have always had a very good meal. If you want Gaetanos this isn’t the place you want to go.

This place infuriates me at times. Trying to order is typically frustrating. Many times I have had the person answering phone sets the phone down to take another call and forgets to pick you back up. They tell you we will get your delivery right out and it’s usually an hour. The food is ok but not worth the mood swing that place creates.
