Let’s start with the food I have no complaints it was good, but as for the utensils and drinking cups and glasses they need to be washed! I went through other reviews and seen the same so it’s an ongoing problem evidently the owner/management doesn’t care if people get germs! It’s 💯 evident when you ask for another cup and the waitress tells you what is wrong before you tell them so they know, also the mentioned seat with the big hole has been there a long time that was mentioned in another review, step up the game and fix the issues, it seems like when the old manager was there it was better I don’t know what happened to him maybe new ownership but that doesn’t account for anything, you should keep everything clean and nice, it’s a restaurant !
In response to the owner response, just straighten out your restaurant no need to get more information or follow up you answer the same to everyone that complains

I want to start by saying my wife and I are regular customers here, so much so that we know all the waitstaff and managers, and they recognize us as well. Normally, the service and food are decent. We don’t get an overabundance of attention, and occasionally have to flag our server down. Most of the time the food comes out great, but it has been slipping lately on quality.
Today my wife took me out to eat here for Veterans Day as she knew they were giving a meal to vets. They were very busy as one might expect, but there is no excuse for anyone to have the abysmal experience we just had there today.
The highlight of our visit for me was waiting to be seated; at least we had other friendly faces to talk to. We were seated rather quickly for a busy day; about 20 minutes. From there it didn’t just go down hill, it fell off a cliff and didn’t recover.
We were placed in the back area where a few others were, and at first we were pleased with the area as it gave room for our baby to be comfortable. However, come to find out, there were no servers assigned to our table. It took nearly 30 minutes for anyone to even notice us, and it wasn’t until I was standing up to get ready to leave that the manager came and sent us a waitress right away. She came and took our order for drinks and food, brought back the drink, but then she was MIA in our section for the longest. We saw her working at other tables, but no visits to our side unless I flagged her down.
To make matters more frustrating, a couple, which arrived after we did, and was seated after we were, ordered, ate, and left before we even saw our waitress again. Another 30 minutes passed, and we were ready to leave again. My baby was fussy by this point, and we had a total of about an hour and a half stay without any food.
I thought I would give it one last shot. So, I went and found our waitress, and asked her if there was any hopes of getting our food soon. She said she would ask after she put in the order she was working on, and that she had checked a few minutes earlier and the kitchen staff said they were “working on it.” Another 15 minutes later, the food finally arrives with a quick drop and go sweep that left us tracking her down again for other things we needed, that should have been provided without asking like napkins.
The food was absolutely horrible. The only reason I didn’t make a fuss about it is that it was a free meal for me. Both my wife and I’s food arrived cold, like room temperature. My pancakes were mush because the flavored syrup had already soaked all the way through to the plate. I had scrambled eggs that were almost completely uncooked on the bottom. My 2 bacon strips were cold and hard, and the fruit cup I ordered was replaced by sliced strawberries which wasn’t mentioned until the meal arrived. Sadly, the fruit cup is what I normally share with the baby because she loves eating the oranges, but that didn’t happen.
Overall, I spent $17 on cold food and a drink that took a total of about 2 1/2 hours for what should have been 45 minutes tops on a busy day. I would say if this is ever my experience again, this will be another one crossed of my list of places I like to eat.

I recently ordered an omelet and pancakes for pickup from this IHOP. When I arrived with my daughter, the receptionist asked how many people, and I told her I was picking up an order. She asked for my name, and after I told her, she replied, "Randy?" I repeated my name, and she responded that they were busy, and it would take a while. I said that was fine and we’d wait.
After a few minutes, I asked if it would be possible to cancel the original order and just get a new order of pancakes since that's what my daughter really wanted. She replied that canceling would take even longer and suggested I just wait for the original order. So, I sat and waited.
When my order finally arrived, the staff member looked at the name and said, "I don't know how to say this name," before setting the order down. I went up to check, and it was mine.
After driving 25 minutes home, I discovered the pancakes were missing, and only the omelet was in the bag. I called the restaurant to ask if they could deliver the missing pancakes, but they said they couldn’t and would just refund me for them. I had to drive nearly an hour round trip just to get pancakes for my daughter.
I requested a full refund for the inconvenience, and they said they would let the manger know . Four days later , today , I called again, the receptionist answered, then hung up on me twice. On the third call, the she told me they were busy and offered to take my number for the manager to call me back. I left my number, but I still haven’t received any follow-up.

Front people are so nice and welcoming but when they say me down I was waiting for 15 mins untill my server came to me and when I seen her she was the person just sitting there watching everyone but it’s okay then she takes my order with a nasty attitude i don’t get why people are like that at all and then I waited another 15 mins for a coffee so I just left so I didn’t wanan start a conflict but tbh she needs to be fired. I can get a full description of the person 😂😂😂

Had a very poor experience at this IHOP. I made an order for curbside pickup, and when arriving at the location, I called to let them know that I was in a curbside pickup space. I was told that my order was not a curbside pickup order (it was indeed a curbside order, I checked), and that I would have to come in. I went in, and saw two hosts that were both rude to me.
After opening up my order 10 minutes later at home, my order of Cinn-A-Stack pancakes only had 3 pancakes instead of 4. I called in to let them know, and the person answering the phone argued with me and said that I picked up the wrong order, and the other order of Cinn-A-Stack pancakes had 4 instead of 3. I know that this is not true, since the bag I picked up had my name, phone number, and order time. Not to mention that Cinn-A-Stacks don't come in stacks of three. They were quite literally claiming that someone with my name and my phone number placed the exact order that I did at the exact same time. I eventually got transferred to a manager who offered to comp me for the missing pancake after I rejected store credit (lol), which I still have not received.
I'm pretty sure that I only got 3 pancakes because the kitchen just threw a short stack of regular pancakes in the box and called it a day. The pancakes were not even warm, and quite literally tasted old. They were falling apart and actually stale.
This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at any restaurant, and legitimately nothing about the experience was pleasant, or even mediocre.
