Arrived at IHOP expecting to eat a good meal with my 2 daughters. Ordered our food around 11:15am. We were served our drinks as we watched other people leaving and a new couple had sat on the other isle next to us. They ordered their food at least 15 minutes after the fact we ordered. We sat patiently wondering where our order was. I checked the time and it was 12:05pm. My daughters asked me to ask the waitress about our order, when the waitress came. She stated sorry for the delay it should be coming out shortly. I informed the waitress I was about to do a walkout. She said she would see about reducing the bill. As she left the other couple in the next isle had their meals. At this point I'm upset at the service. Proceeded to the front and asked to speak with our waitress. Although she was saying we are bringing it out, I really think at this point for 3 meals to he served ordered at 11:15am and us leaving at 12:17 pm is unacceptable service. This place wasn't even packed.

The white older lady by the register(whom I assume is one of the managers) was very ignorant and blatantly rude. I walked inside, waiting patiently to be seated and greeted; the manager gives me a nasty look and asked me if I was waiting on someone 😂 I was so stunned , I said excuse me twice. She gave me another nasty look. I told her yes, I am waiting for someone, she proceeded to ask how many people ( what a joke) Overall, I was extremely disappointed to say the very least because all the other times I come here to eat with my family, I never have any issues but today changed that narrative. MANAGEMENT, DO BETTER!

HORRIBLE! Whoever the light skin African American cook was around 4:45pm today needs to be FIRED! My French toast was an epic fail. The outside was over cooked and the inside was mushy. The over easy eggs were undercooked.

Went in Christmas Day, so there was a short wait. Super clean, very friendly staff! Food was made with high quality. Got a spinach & mushroom omelette with a side of pancakes.

I did a huge pick up order for rhe family this morning since it was the start of the holiday week or everone. Normally I try and stay positive because of the morning rush but IHOP has lost its mind. They charged me $2.50 for this sad shit they call fried potatoes. $2.50 for maybe half of an Idaho potato. Pathetic.

Brittany was our server and she was more than Excellent fast service and service with a smile! And food was great and plenty of coffee
We have been here 3 times now and the food and service have been really good each time. My kids love it and the pancakes are definitely the best around.

My grandma requested this restaurant for our family dinner. It was only us and 1 other couple so we thought we were getting quick service... WRONG! It took a very long time to place our order, get our drinks and even longer for our food. My grandma loved her French toast but her bacon was undercooked and she asked for well done. My son asked for a refill everytime our waitress went by and she said she'd bring it right back but that never happened. I order the steak medallions and the steak came out gray, funky smelling and slimy. I HATE to send food back and at this point I was starving but I was not going to eat that. I said to the waitress my concerns and she kept asking what's the problem, why are you sending it back, why won't you eat it? Then said the cook has been here since 6:30am (it's like 6pm now) and she might have to cook and serve and her manager won't help because she should get an increase in pay to cook and doesn't so she's not helping. I tried to be patient and understanding. So I ask for a burger instead (my husband and son said there's was good) she said she'd put that order in and now my family is all done their meals so I asked for it to go. When we get the check she said she put a discount for the wait and inconvenience of 10% but looking at the bill we were still charged for the steak at $20 and the burger was $13. I'm not asking for a freebie I said the steak should have been taken off and add the burger to the bill. Well, after that, she was nowhere to be found. I will NEVER go back to this IHOP. By the end of this fiasco, I decided to write corporate, and that was weeks ago, and I still haven't heard anything. $86 for 3 burgers and french toast off the senior menu. Such a disappointment.

We came in yesterday afternoon, Nubia attended to us, brought out our drink quickly. Food was quick and cooked perfectly. She was amazing. Will be coming back !

Tuesday afternoon, 12:45 PM. It is now 144I ordered 2 egg platters to go and I still have not received them. It is completely absurd that they think people ordering take out. Don't matter as much as anybody walking through the front door it's rude and it's ignorant. And I will never, I would rather pay $18 for an egg platter at the diner, then come back here.
