Cheesesteaks here are off the chain and so is the customer service! However, it would be nice to pull up after 5 pm and the store be open. Why advertise a closing time of 6 pm when yall are never open past 5?

Had a Banger of a hoagie here! The Italian Muffaletta. Great banter between the staff and customers also! I'll definitely be back. The sandwiches are huge.

One cannot get them on the phone to order. It goes to voicemail. That doesn't work well for those trying to get a lunch or dinner sandwich in a reasonable timeframe. The food is good but they make one feel the business has closed for good when the phone is not answered. Sad.
Sadly I have to give a negative review which I normally never do. We used to love this place . They were in our top ten. What we got yesterday was absolutely shockingly bad. First of all no seeded roll. Less meat cheese not melted. Dry and flavorless. At 16 dollars I felt ripped off. Never going back. Especially with other local places better. Sorry but I do not like giving bad reviews but this cheesesteak was horrible.

Delicious!! Everyone was nice, friendly and had a good sense of humor. My cheesesteak was Perfect and delicious! My seeded roll was fresh and soft. Not too much meat, not too less and it wasn’t chewy! I will definitely be back. Note: this place only accepts cash.

These guys are the real deal. Where else can you get 16oz shaved rib eye in their cheesesteak in South Jersey?! If you are in South Jersey / Berlin - no reason to drive to Philly to get a good cheesesteak or hoagie; go to Jersey Joe's and leave a tip for Jay (the guy making the steaks) 💯
