We only did take out but I have to say it was very good. The coffee was hot and the hash brown and pancakes, eggs were hot the guy working the window made sure everything was in the bag. Was nice to find a McDonald's that still served good food. The on Berlin Cross Keys road should go there for training

We went to McDonald's today after school and ordered 3 meals.The fries were cold!!!They gave us 3 new order of fries that had absolutely no salt. We had to ask for salt packets and put it on the fries ourselves.We ate our entrees while we waited for the fries.This is unacceptable.

Fast service. The McDonald's on the white horse pikes service is horrible. This McDonald's is way better.
I ordered through the app and have been waiting for 25 minutes already. No line. Just terrible service. How is this fast food? Idk why anyone comes here with the prices as high as a quality restaurant and garbage food.

The negative reviews say it all. Expect to wait 20-30 minutes in line just to place your order at the drive thru. The day and time has no bearing...you WILL be waiting.Esq and I stopped here for a quick lunch on our way home from the shore. We pulled up at 11:01 AM with 3 cars in front of us. We were still sitting in the same spot at 11:27 AM. The car in front of us literally drove over the curb to get away. Good move! We were sitting so long that we had time to call the McDonald's comments hotline and share our feedback before even making it to the window. We asked the employee at the window why this restaurant is consistently slower than slow. She said, "There is one person cooking, a lot of people ordered breakfast, and the manager just left". Ordering breakfast at McDonald's...the nerve of these customers! And apparently the manager is Houdini because he is never around to actually coach and lead these folks. Avoid at all costs.
