Happy and excited to have been invited here for school fundraiser event for Berlin Borough I had a great time met a lot of great people food was delicious and many exciting opportunities to win different donated items although I did not win one of them I did see that someone had one mine so I was excited to see that and I welcome them to come in to heimlich's karate and take advantage of their winnings I'm proud to be able to serve Berlin Borough and surrounding areas with the best in martial arts training as well as actors and celebrities that are often a part of our karate school and filming industry

Ott's Greentree on Rt 73 serves up one of the best burgers I've had in a long time! The flavors were spot on, and the burger was cooked to perfection—juicy, flavorful, and just the right amount of toppings. The service was exceptional too! The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the dining experience even better. Whether you're stopping by for a meal or just grabbing a bite, with friends Ott's Greentree is Highly recommend!

Great drinks and great food. I got the salmon platter. It was delicious! First time here. You Should come check them out. P.S it’s the first ranch looking building not the hut in the back.

I am very disappointed with my visit at this location. I called earlier in the day Saturday morning to let them know a group of 17-20 people were coming in later around 4pm and asked if it was okay to bring cupcakes because we were celebrating my boyfriends birthday. Who ever I spoke with said it was okay and great see us later. When we arrived there was no set spot for us to sit but it wasn't busy so I wasn't bothered at the time. They said we could have the back two tables and part of the bar area. It still wasn't enough room to accommodate us as we were all drinking and ordering food, half at the bar half sitting. A group next to us left so we asked if they could clear those high top tables and put them together so we could all eat together. Again performing our own service. The bartender cleaned it off for us but made a comment that the servers were coming in 20 minutes. I am not really sure what that had to do with me because again I called earlier that we were coming in and they should've sat us accordingly if they were having a shift change. At this point we were all crammed into a corner and my entire party hadn't even arrived. I asked the bartender and someone who seemed to be either an owner or a manager to bring us another high top over twice (there were plenty empty and even some without their reserved signs that apparently don't exist). At this point my other friends showed up and had to have dinner on the other side of the restaurant by themselves away from our group. I asked if they werent going to bring us another table if they could kindly clear off some stuff for our table so we could have our friends eat with us. They continued to ignore me and my party and didn't come over to ask how our food was or if we needed more drinks so I told them I was frustrated that I called earlier in the day so we could be accommodated and it wasn't even busy. The bartender asked me who I spoke to on the phone because they didn't take reservations on a holiday. 1. It was March 15 - not a holiday 2. Not busy when we showed up 3. There were reserved signs on other tables. I said I spoke to a male and the owner/manager came over to argue with me in front of customers. He said my overflow is welcome to sit at the bar (mind you it was a couple and a baby) so I said we can't do that. I said what was the difference if we walked in with no warning 17-20 people - were we still not able to get service? He said he was expecting to just seat us all at the bar. When we walked in I didn't see 17 bar chairs sitting up against the bar. No one on the phone said it was a first come first serve basis with the tables and they weren't doing reservations. No one said we don't have tables for you you can only sit at the bar. Confusion.

The food is excellent. It took a little bit for it to come out, but overall, the service was great, too!

Remember how Norm would immediately be greeted when he walked into Cheers on TV??? We feel the same way when we walk to Otts Greentop. We feel like family! We drive 90 miles to come here.. that's how special this place is! Ray, Tony and Jamie are the best! Here's our favorite gal, Jamie!
