This location has way better flavor food than every other pancheros I have ever been to. I drive out of my way to go to this location. The service is incredible also! I always get incredible service here. Today, I came close to closing and really wanted veggies but they were out. I expected to just have them say "oh sorry, we are out" but the woman working actually cooked some for me! I was treated with a smile the whole time. The name of the receipt says "andrea" thank you so much if this was you! I have always gotten excellent service here from everyone though. The restaurant is also always very clean.

So I come in tonight because I had a long day at work and just wanted to grab some quick fresh food.. which I love pancheros food. Nothing against the food. But that person you have working at this location… he’s somewhere between 5’8-6ft, definitely a gay guy with curly hair, wearing a beige shirt…he was the problem. He’s pacing back and forth rolling his eyes to his coworkers making side comments instead of just serving the guests in line. I have never seen anything like this before, I almost want to go to a different location just so I don’t have to experience this kind of service. Don’t ask me what his problem was… but it was definitely over one of the customers being served in line. I was disgraced by this behavior that I could barely speak up to order my food when it was my turn. I hope that when I come back in again some day they have some better workers that aren’t being judgy, rolling their eyes at guests and making bad comments.

We pass the Pancheros in Berlin often but had never stopped. We stopped for a late lunch. My husband tried the bowl with chicken and shredded pork, he said it was tasty but smaller portion then expected. I tried the quesadilla with chicken, it was very good but honestly light on cheese and chicken. I have to say the guacamole was delicious and tasted freshly made. A lot people where getting burritos, if we go back, that’s what we will try.
I walked into the restaurant and I immediately recognized the cleanliness of the dining room. All of the staff were welcoming, friendly, and worked fast and efficiently. My food was fresh, made to order.Parking: This lot is fairly small, but I have never had difficulty finding a spot.

Be aware of double or triple charging you for things like extra chicken or queso on a burrito! Ive had it happen to me twice so far. On top of that, they have an extremely bad attitude when it comes to food being delivered. Just today I had a problem with the door dasher that was assigned for the food delivery from the PANCHEROS app. When I called the pancheros they said and I quote" it's not their problem, like how you don't call Amazon when your amazon delivery is messed up". Basically meaning that it's out of their hands and it's not their problem. I just wanted my bowl and now I would put pancheros and chipotle in the same declining category
