Stopped by here today and was a treat. I got the deluxe pho, the summer rolls, and a hot coffee with condensed milk. The Pho broth was flavorful and I’m not sure what that sauce is with the chili flakes in it but it’s wonderful. The summer rolls were so fresh as well always a favorite of mine. Big fan of the coffee too it definitely had some bite to it. The price isn’t bad at all either. If you just want a bowl of hot Pho for a good price this is definitely the spot. Hope to stop by again soon!

Love the pho. Fresh and tasty with choice of broth. Family liked it too. Pad Thai, fried rice, everything was nice and friendly service. Could use an upgrade of ambience, but as long as food is great.

We come here every time we come to diggerland. We actually schedule our diggerland trips so we come on the days pho le is open. This is by far and away the best pho restaurant I've been to and I've been to some bangers in my day. The pad thai, pho, the country style beef is insane. It could be that we come after a day of diggerland so we're starving but man this place is magical after a fun day at diggerland. I wish I lived closer so we could come here more often. Man its gonna suck when my boys are too old for diggerland.

Ordered tofu and veggies, only got veggies. What a let down. This was Friday night dinner and it was a long week so I didnt have the energy to go back out and get it fixed. The veggies werent even that good. Def will not be coming here again. The interior is smoky and smells like an unclean grill.
I think that Pho' Le was great but in the past year they have lost something. Not as good as before so loss of a star. Certain key items on the menu have changed and others are just simply gone. I will still eat there occasionally but not as much as before and their price per volume has dropped off.

We enjoyed the food at Pho Le. It was our first visit so we did not know what to expect. The food came out piping hot and the vegetables were fresh. My only complaint was the General Taos chicken. While it was not heavily breaded it WAS very hard! Why?While it’s a good locale spot I personally would not make a special trip back.

I placed an order for takeout. Not only was the order wrong, but there was also a bug in the vegetables. I called the owner and requested a refund. He said he would issue the refund, but it’s been over a week and I still haven’t received it.
