I came today to buy a salad and drink. Everything was moving along until I went to open my drink while waiting for a friend. The seal didn't crack open, like it was already opened. I asked to exchange it but was told no since I opened it. I normally don’t complain and come here all the time. It just baffles me that it couldn’t be exchange.

VERY POOR customer service. Liz was VERY RUDE AND SHOWED SHE DIDNT WANT TO SERVE ME. She tossed my items in the counter didn’t even want to put my items in a bag, nor did she speak to me but when I asked a question had a very snappy tone. You can tell she didn’t even mix the items together in my salad. I’m HIGHLY DISSATISFIED AND DISGUSTED. What kind of service is this?

Servers was very off putting. From the time I walked in the door I was never acknowledged. The girl continued to ignore me as she pretends to sweep the same spot on the floor then when a white gentleman came in behind me and went further down the counter, she proceeds to ask him, how can she help him. I said excuse me, I was standing here. And she said, oh, you have to stand over there. But what happened to greeting the customer? Hello? How can I help you the same way you greeted the customer that came in after me.. Very poor customer service. I can't believe in this day and age this is still going on.

This was my first time visiting this store as I usually frequent the Cross Keys location. Store smells heavily of bleach to the point it was nauseating. I was not impressed at all with portion given. Salads are very skimpy for $13. I asked for a double order of breaded chicken and she gives me 2 small tong full. You are supposed to get more than that in a single. Gentleman who rang me up was fantastic though!Final note: Do better!

When I finally got around to eat my salad. I went food shopping and 5 below before I sat down to eat my salad. The salad was excellent, exceptional, and yummy. The price was high, so I wanted to worn everyone about that. I understand completely why it's high. To all employees, thank you for all that you do. I appreciate you all!!!!
The servers were friendly. When I walked in today, the overwhelming smell of bleach quickly turned me off from eating here. The salad greens looked old and starting to wilt. For the price you'd expect the salad to at least be fresh.

Since liven in Camden - Past 30 years I've been to the Salad Works going back to the Cherry Hill Mall- Marlton - Cherry Hill and Berlin. EVERY YEAR THE PLATES GET WIDER AND MORE SHALLOW AND THE TONGS FOR TOPPINGS IS DOWN TO A PAIR OF TWEEZER SIZE? LOST ME AS A CUSTOMERS..
