Picture perfect and absolute dream team. I’m not sure who the red and black striped twin pony tailed girl was, or her curly haired guy friend, but they are the best food servers I’ve ever encountered. So polite, so sweet went out of their way to give people drinks/food while mine prepped (big order). Completely relaxed & friendly demeanors. And my order is an actual work of art. Not only everything perfectly cooked, but the shakes are gorgeous. The food is gorgeous, and the stacking of all that I ordered in the bag???Knocks tetris out of the water. I’d give them an Olympic gold medal for food serving if I could.

When pulling into the stall to order I regularly wait several minutes before someone tells me I have to use the drive thru. What’s the point of having stalls if you don’t use them and I can’t order. Not to mention the food and service was awful. Never again.

We keep coming back. We have the app and every time we've been here out of 5 times we've gotten a bunch of really yummy food for the price. Today the app wasn't working and mobile ordering is down but they let us use the app deal in the drive thru. The food was hot and fresh.

Honestly not as bad as the reviews say. If you mobile order you have to go through a stall to pick it up.

I placed my order in the app at 7:53 PM, and it said it would be ready at 7:59 PM. I pulled into stall #4 at 8:00 PM, entered the stall number, and watched the screen show my name, my order “in the kitchen,” then “on the way.” Then the screen suddenly reset back to “place an order,” even though I still had no food.

After waiting a few minutes with no update or carhop coming out, I went to the drive-thru window to find out what was going on. Despite being clearly visible through the window, no one acknowledged me for several minutes. I could see one employee on her phone by the door while another employee was running around doing everything.

This was honestly the worst experience I’ve had at a Sonic. The lack of communication, long wait, and poor customer service were very disappointing.

The food and service were great. Yes, we had to wait longer than usual for a fast food restaurant. But the food came out SUPER fresh. The burgers were hot and juicy and the buns were fresh and soft and the tots were fresh and crispy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Sat in the empty drive for 10 mins+ before giving up and driving around to see the two employees who were supposed to be working, fooling around and having fun, not noticing there was a line of cars starting to pile up behind me.

We were the only ones there. I ordered through app and when they brought out our food, the girl seemed kind of annoyed with us being there. But it was only a 10 second interaction. The food could have been put together better, my burger was basically falling apart. But my daughter enjoyed her corn dog. And the ice cream is always good.

Delivering food and they wouldn’t take a customer’s order at 9:20pm when they don’t close until 10:00. They said they aren’t making any more food and are only making drinks at this time. They instructed us to cancel the customer’s DoorDash order and wouldn’t make their drinks.
