I cannot rave about Summit Catering enough. From start to finish, they far exceeded my expectations. From the beginning, Tori was extremely communicative, often responding to my emails in record time. Our tastings were fantastic and they were able to accommodate my mother in laws complicated food allergies. It was so nice to have cake, DJ and photo booth provided through them because it saved a lot of hassle for myself. They allowed us to bring our décor a few days early and they brought it to the venue for us and set it all up. They also packed it all up at the end of the night and brought it back to Berlin with them! We were prepared to bring it home right after the reception but to be able to pick it all up a few days later was such a weight off of our shoulders. I didn’t have to lift a finger and I am so thankful for all of their work. And the food! Everyone has been raving to me about the food. Everything was great. They brought appetizers out to the bridal party while taking photos and made a plate for my husband and I to enjoy alone. Their entire staff made sure that I always had food or drink and checked in often to see if I needed anything. Everyone I encountered that night were so pleasant and happy and helpful. And I think the late night breakfast sandwiches were possibly the best wedding decision I made! My brother and sister in law used them for their wedding 11 years prior and told me not to even look into anyone else but to just hire them. I’m so glad I did. It makes me want to plan another event just so that I can work with Tori, Nina and the whole crew again. Absolutely 100% recommend.

We recently used Summit Catering for our annual Members Breakfast hosted at Community House of Moorestown. Their service was phenomenal. The communication was very efficient, easy and quick to respond and answer any questions we had prior to the event. The food was delicious, no complaints. Dealing with Summit Catering and namely Francesca who was our wedding planner/maitre d was such a wonderful experience.
Francesca guided us through the experience from beginning to end. It was a pleasure to work with her in planning this event. Francesca was always available and always ready to answer any questions or concerns that we had. She always went above and beyond to make sure we were 100 percent satisfied.
The team from Summit was responsible for setting up for the wedding at Vitners and they did an astounding job. The place was absolutely beautiful and we received compliments all night from all of our guests. The food was delicious and we also received many, many compliments concerning how delicious the food was.
Last but not least many thanks to the hard working staff from Summit. Everyone that we came in contact with was very helpful and accommodating in any request that we had. The staff went above and beyond our expectations.
Going forward, if we have a future event , we will be calling Summit for our catering needs, there is absolutely no need to shop around.

Our main coordinator, Tori, was easy to communicate with and addressed any questions/concerns quickly. We really appreciated how our various allergy guests' needs were taken seriously when planning the menu.
Nina was fabulous as our maitre d’ on our wedding day! She was accessible and made sure we were enjoying every moment! Our personal bridal attendant, Mary, was the sweetest and very attentive, keeping us well fed and hydrated! Tori and Dory checked in at the venue at various points during the day and night too.
Summit’s team beautifully executed the venue and decor setup. Best of all, they neatly packed up our personal decor, all the florals, and any leftover food/alcohol for us to take home, which took the stress out of the end of the night and allowed us to get to our after-party quickly.
It is wonderful to support a family business that makes you feel like you are part of the family! We hope to attend one of their future catered events at The Estate at Eagle Lake to enjoy Summit’s delicious food again and relive our favorite day!

Tori was so detailed and organized, which made everything feel easy and stress-free, and Dory did such a thoughtful job with our ceremony, including meeting with us to personalize it.
On the wedding day, the food was incredible and beautifully presented—our guests are still raving about how much they enjoyed it. The staff was fantastic as well, so kind and attentive, and we received countless compliments about how professional and welcoming they were. Summit even added sweet decorative touches that made the day feel extra special.
Our maître d’, Betty, was truly amazing—she made sure we had everything we needed (our glasses and plates were never empty), kept the night running smoothly, and made us feel so cared for. We also loved that the package included a beautiful cake from Country Sweets and DJ Stew from Time Productions, which tied everything together and made the planning process so convenient.

We had some unique needs due to religion regarding food and some other details of the day, and Tori and Nina went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. We genuinely didn't feel worried about anything because we knew they had it handled. Patty was also awesome, she made sure we ate and hydrated and checked on us all night. The food was great, our guests kept complimenting it. They offer so many great options.
